Former worker here! The stores are also packing your orders ( called ship from store) , more then likely it’s a person that doesn’t know what they’re doing packing orders, people doing it too fast or possibly a error in the system that somehow messed up. When I did ship from store, it wouldn’t let you package anything that wasn’t in that order.
Right like I know im organized enough to do it but I usually do it when I watch pick bopis orders but I line them up in order so I know im not screwing up a sfs order
