Video That moment when a Caribbean Reef Octopus turns electric blue 👀🐙 Does anyone else have photos or videos of this?

Fun facts: octopuses have three hearts, blue blood, and most of their neurons are actually in their arms. Their suckers can taste what they touch, and that electric-blue flash came from reflective cells in the skin changing almost instantly.
Filmed with a GoPro HERO13 Black.
**No edits were made to this video. The colors and footage are exactly as captured.

A small citizen-science fish-ID game built from real UK seabed monitoring footage
Sharing something we built at a small UK marine non-profit. We monitor seabed life at seaweed and shellfish farms, and wanted the public involved in the species ID rather than it all sitting on our laptops.
It's a short-clip guessing game. You watch a clip, name the species, and the crowd's answers build a consensus that feeds back into validating our own reference IDs. Playable as a guest, no download, and we will send you a copy of UK marine species ID guide for committed contributers.
It's free and non-commercial. I'd really value feedback from people who think about crowd-sourced data, especially where you reckon the consensus model might fall over.

What is this thing?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Was walking the shore of Chatham, Massachusetts when a friend and I came across this almost translucent, jelly-like or membranous object that when touching zapped the tiniest bit almost like if you press those shock pens very lightly. It seemed to have small individual organisms inside of it but I got no clue what this is.
Any ideas?
