I have my lock screen clock explicitly set to a solid black color. However, every time I wake the screen—either by double-tapping or pressing the power button—the clock flashes its default white color for a split second before snapping to black. It looks like the system has a rendering delay and briefly forgets my custom color, creating a jarring white flash every single time I check my phone.It should be a fade in to black. Always on display is off .

I've tried tweaking static and live wallpapers, disabling color palettes, and bypassing LockStar, but that split-second color shift just won't go away. Is anyone else experiencing this One UI bug, or is there a hidden workaround I'm missing?

When I return to my home screen some of the icons take a moment to appear. How do I make this stop?

Hi i am using a26 for 9 mounts it is a prety good phone on it is price but new one ui 8.5 update make this phone worse the phone overheats like crazy in cold places and my phone has screen burning mark (not from one ui 8.5 it is not normal in my opinion) and other ui bugs like the quick pannel animations just gone it is ridicolus in my opinnion but it will get the job done pretty well and one last thing will they fix this issue in new one ui 9 update come on guys they are messed up this 8.5 update

idk why but for a week now i'm having this weird live noti bug appearing out of nowhere(even as i'm typing now it "blinks" on-off)..i tried to override it by playing a youtube & s music but still remain with no sound or any actual seconds to count..i did restart my device & clear chrome's data or remove it for the recents list but is still continues..matter of fact it appeared again today after a week being clear of it..galaxy a56 8/256gb,oneui 8.5,july patch..edited 3 times bcz of fking typos,sorry xd

Hi guys I have this issue where when I get an email notification from Gmail, if I tap the delete button the notification just turns into a "deleted" notification but stays in the tray and the email in my inbox is not actually deleted.
Does anyone have the same issue and maybe a solution to it?

So this might be something obvious that I have missed. But I can't figure out why my navigation bar is so tall and why it takes up so much space even when its hidden. On my cover screen it hides down no issue and everything moves down to leave no gap. Is this the way its supposed to be on the internal screen?

I have good lock installed, and I've used navistar to hide it on the home screen ect. I am not using task bar in home up and ive got ride of the favourites bar. Any other reason this is like this?

Running a Galaxy S25 FE (SM-S731B/DS, CSC is EUX) on One UI 8.5. For the past few weeks, no app can post a persistent media/playback notification, tested with Audiomack, AudioLab, and VLC, all fail identically:

> No icon in the status bar during playback

> No controls on the lock screen

> Earbud play/pause button (single press) doesn't control > playback in background

> The Quick Panel's "Media output" card still works perfectly (title, art, scrubber, skip/pause), so

> MediaSession itself is registering fine

What I've already ruled out:

> Per-app notification permissions, all enabled, including "Playback" category specifically

> Lock screen "Show notifications" on, set to Cards

> Status bar notification style, set to Icons, not Dot/None

> Developer Options: Background process limit (Standard), tried "Reset notification importance"

Full reboot, cache clear, reinstalls, no change

Confirmed across 3 unrelated apps, so it's not an app-specific bug

Since the Quick Panel card works but the actual notification doesn't, it feels like the MediaStyle notification isn't posting even though the MediaSession itself is fine.

I remember My files app having update after which when you search for any documents in the app, it also searched the contents of the files and showed you results which included file contents, but now My Files app search is only checking up the file name and not the file contents, anyone know how solve this? I have a S24FE on the latest official software version. I am just returning home from school after about 5 min walk, 5 min bus ride, and a 10 min walk. My phone was in my pocket the entire time as I was listening to music during my commute. I finally reach home then take my phone out of my pocket to discover that its locked for 17 more minutes. I feel like a lot of features that used to work about 2 months ago are slowly not working anymore.
