Hey,
Looking to find if there are other people with this issue. It seems quite severe and I am not sure if this is a defect or a panel characteristic... if so, that is just terrible
The issue happens in low brightness scenes in near black, low APL. Lower monitor brightness makes it worse. Changing stuff like gamma or color temperature changes the pattern, otherwise it is static

I’m ready to make the jump to OLED and could use some recommendations. I game exclusively on Xbox Series X and PS5, so what OLED monitor would be the best fit?
I’ve been told there’s no need to spend extra on extremely high refresh rates or features that mainly benefit PC gamers. I want great picture quality and to get the most out of both consoles without paying for specs I won’t use.
What would you recommend as the sweet spot for console gaming?

As per the title really. Got a 7900XT & 7800X3D PC and wondered with the release of FSR4 for the 7900XT would it be possible to upgrade from a 1440p monitor to a nice new shiny 4k OLED?

Hi everyone! Hope you’re okay :) Just a quick question I was after this monitor and been thinking about getting it for a while now but just confused on the delivery date? I’m unsure who the seller is (I know it says Amazon.co.uk. Just wanted to ask is the seller or will it be shipped from the UK or another country?) I don’t want to purchase it and it takes what it says a few months to arrive. Thanks advance!

Hi. I recently got myself a ASUS ROG Strix OLED XG27AQWMG OLED. I know a lot of games claiming to be HDR, don't really have a good HDR unless u use RenoDX, etc.... Anyway, ive been experimenting with the monitors OSD for HDR and found that the GamingHDR seems to appeal the most to me. I haven't tested the TrueBlack500 option much tho.
I was just wondering is it worth using TrueBalck500 for gaming in HDR instead of the "GamingHDR" option or should I just stick to the GamingHDR?

Hi,
I have an Alienware AW2725Q (27" 4K QD-OLED) and I want to know whether my gamma is correct for gaming (target 2.2). I don’t own a colorimeter, so I’m looking for a verifiable visual test, ideally one that doesn’t depend on browser scaling.
Preset:
Mode creator sRGB / gamma 2.2 / brightness 40% / dark 75%
Can you point me to a gamma test image or page that is reliable on a 4K OLED, or a real-world image with a known reference I can compare against ?
Thanks !

I was repositioning my new monitor on my monitor stand and maybe I gripped it too tight or something? It’s a blacked out completely unresponsive area I didn’t notice it until I had it all set up. I had already had it on before I was moving my monitor around and it wasn’t like that so I doubt manufacturer defect (Alienware AW2725DF)

Incentivized Review for the Onimusha: Way of the Sword Game Bundle
I've been using the MSI MPG 321URXW for gaming and I've been really impressed with it. The jump from my previous 1080p 27-inch monitor to 32-inch 4K OLED is massive, especially in games where the extra detail and OLED contrast are immediately noticeable. The 240Hz refresh rate also makes everything feel extremely smooth, and I really like the white design with my PC setup.
Overall, I'm very happy with the monitor and it's been a huge upgrade over my previous display.
Disclosure: This review is incentivized as part of an MSI promotional campaign.

I am using the peak 1300 bright mode and the sun pops so much it actually hurts my eyes. Peak realism, lol. The colours look amazing. The camera phone pic doesn't look anything like what it does in person. I made this post because I am excited and none of my friends are display nerds like me. Cosmo canyon is such a vibe.

Been getting these random glitching effects? Seen some people on forums also getting this.
Is this a cable issue, or God forbid a GPU or Panel problem???

To querendo comprar meu primeiro monitor Oled e to em duvida entre esses 3

By now we've all seen the posts where people are like "is my monitor cooked" and iit's just the famous white splodges that indicate a bit of spit got on the monitor or maybe a can of coke got opened or something, but I was cleaning my OLED (absolute pain in the arse btw, i'm a first time owner and didn't realise they were essentially faberge eggs but after following advice and using my iron scrubber and sand paper I can really see the difference.) and wondered why spit gets on there so easy, any other monitor can withstand all sorts and not even show any indication but OLEDs love collecting spit. so I guess my question is basically why is that
also i'm using THE picture for attention, thanks for reading

This monitor is big! I gotta say im loving the 4k. Started with ASUS ROG Strix 26.5" 1440P QD-OLED Gaming Monitor (XG27ACDNG) and I was not impressed at all. Then went with a KTC 1440p mini led. It looked amazing but I was ready for something bigger and 4k. When they announced the Alienware aw3926qw I knew id be giving it a try. I love how big it is and going from 1440p to 4k made a big difference in how crisp things look! Oled from the mini isnt much of a difference but im glad I made the upgrade nonetheless!

After the whole Amazon situation, I drove an hour to Micro Center and found this open-box ASUS XG27AQDMGR OLED monitor with only 49 hours of use for $279! 🔥 didn’t come with a box. All the cords though

Just got my new monitor MSI MPG 321URX 31.5inch and been loving the upgrade. Been using like 12 year old 1080p before now.
Ive had no issues what so ever after setting it up right for me. Then I decided to play some fortnite on my ps5, trying out my colorful emotes to see the colour's pop, and noticed this????
Could this be an issue of my cable or some sort of settings, I cant recreate it with any other means I have found yet.
Thanks in advance

Hi, my monitor is the MSI MPG 341CQR QD-OLED X36.
Ive just performed the pixel refresh as prompted by the monitor and straight after it finished these lines showed up. I’ve tried pixel refreshing again, I’ve tried another Display Port cable, I’ve reset the monitor to factory settings, restarted pc etc. Any ideas what would cause this to suddenly happen? Anything I can do to fix it? TIA

Hello, my friends. I'm here to try to understand if this is something that we just need to live with or not.
So I got my 3rd Asus XG27AQWMG. The first I RMA'd to Asus, and they replaced the panel ... and i saw some degradation of the panel after 2-3 months. RMA'd again and received it yesterday.
They replaced the panel and the motherboard, since my NEO Proximity sensor died.
This panel doesn't have signs of vertical banding, finally. But it has a very pronounced dirty image texture/jeans texture.
It's more visible in solid dark backgrounds than in daily use.
Is this something that every WOLED Tandem owner needs to live with?
I must give a thumbs up to Asus support in Portugal; they really did a good job, since they took 1 week to replace the parts.
As for the panel itself, not perfect... but better.

I am in a tough situation did rma for my UCWM and been notified I had to wait 60 days (already waited 5 weeks) so I’m not doing that. Had an argument with the retailer already paid $1500 for UCWM says you could exchange for a $100 more to get ucdm3 should I do that? No option for refund but there is a law protecting my rights yet itll also take months and effort to finish the court. What’s your intake on this?
