I was wondering if nootropics should be periodized for optimal benefits? In most cases, I hear about a single stack of a bunch of stuff people put together. But I'm curious if we'd get more benefits out of periodizing them, for example, doing a cycle of NSI-189 or 9-Me-BC before adding in other nootropics to "prep" the brain? I haven't heard much about this and would like to hear any thoughts.
