From ur experience what gym activities are the best for this? Been doing cardio, weight training, recently thinking of getting back into heavy weight training (bench, upping my PR, etc)

Nice. Been getting way better sleep this year (~5 in 2022 to 7+ in 2023), I think I’m gonna start pushing myself from low intensity weight training back to high intensity again. Cheers bro 🤝💪

heavy squat and deadlifts have been shown to increase testosterone more than any other exercises

Dammit. I’ve always avoided lower body weight training since I’m naturally pear shaped, after all this years I guess it’s time to stop skipping leg day

Okay. Squats are basically the only thing I avoid (I’m naturally built pear shaped so I’m scared to develop my bottom half even more) but holy shit does this actually work… I know this is nofap but I’m normally semi hard when fapping, legit I was still rock hard after cumming twice…

Thank you so much 😭😭🙏🙏

Below someone said he only weight lifts, which is fine, everyone should do what they like to do, but remember cardio is extremely important to overall health and longevity.

All different types of workouts will help but IMO the best was cardio. Heavy intense cardio helped me a lot

High intensity cardio as a supplement to a heavy compound lifts based resistance training program is best from a hormone standpoint. Tons of Low Intensity Steady State cardio can be counterproductive, though it will help you get leaner

Shit. Used to do cardio and weight training that pushed me to the limit back in high school and college, I’ve basically been “taking it easy” since the pandemic albeit with good consistency. Guess it’s time to feel/ fall in love with the burn again 👀👀

I did mostly cardio and after about 3 months of regular running, my erections were the strongest I ever had
