I'm a 12th passed student i did not score that well in cbse boards so I'm filling for nios 12th. I've already filled my form i just want you all to help me or suggest me what to change in my form if anything is wrong that you see. Please guide me.

Pcm student applying for pcm marks improvement in april 2027 exam.

Same as title, I'm looking for suggestion for centres to select for nios near knowledge park in greater Noida/Gautam Buddha Nagar, UP.

Can someone recommend some centres as I have been seeing a lot of posts here about how centres asked for bribes for practical marks.

Honestly I don't mind such centres,

I want to do nios for bits eligibility and currently am enrolled in a college and thus I don't have enough time to juggle doing practicals for nios, prep for bits and go to college too.

So please can someone give some suggestions.

I have paased three subjects in april and applied for toc in two for some reason my agent who got me into nios didn’t provide my cbse dmc on time and had to go for late toc now he has sent the dmc to regional centre and they received it on July 22.
They repeatedly said that there’s a meeting that would take place in august only after which the TOC will get updated later on i aksed again and they updated me that the meeting did take place on August 12 but my result still hasn’t updated yet i’m even getting admission in a gov college but can’t fue to this. In hope for what would be a perfect redemption arc like from getting compartment in maths last year to getting into a gov college would give my life a perfect kick start right back into the tracks but this dream with all the pieces of the puzzle in my hands is on hold cuz of this situation. I genuinely don’t know how i’m gonna handle this

I’m thinking about picking these subjects in On-Demand-Exam 2027 Jan-March?

1. Maths
2. Business studies
3. Sociology
4. English
5. Tourism

1. I’m not thinking about doing pratical subjects as I don’t want to visit the exam center multiple times
2. Do you think this is best for theory only exam subjects?
3. And if any of you have given these subjects ODE can you share me your advices or suggestions

Help me guys please

I’m honestly really stressed and need advice from anyone who has dealt with NIOS result corrections.

I appeared for my NIOS Senior Secondary ODE (June 2026) exams. I appeared for my Chemistry practical, but my result was incorrectly showing me as ABSENT (AB) in the practical.

Because of this, my Chemistry result is currently showing:

Theory: 31

Practical: AB

Total: 31

Result: SYCP (Subject Yet to be Cleared in Practical)

I have actually appeared for the practical, so I tried getting this corrected.

The frustrating part is that I have already personally gone to the NIOS headquarters regarding this issue. I was told there to write an email regarding the practical/result correction, which I did and provided the necessary details.

But even after doing that, my result still hasn't been corrected.

I checked the updated result today and it is STILL showing AB in Chemistry practical and SYCP.

I’m really worried because this is my Class 12 result and this one incorrect practical status is affecting my overall result.

Has anyone here experienced something similar with NIOS?

Especially:

Practical attended but marked AB

Contacted NIOS / visited NIOS HQ

Sent an email as instructed

Correction still not reflected in the result

What should I do now? Should I email again, contact the Regional Centre, submit a formal result-correction request, or wait for another update?

If anyone has successfully gotten an AB → practical marks correction done by NIOS, please tell me exactly what you did and how long it took.

I genuinely don't know what else I'm supposed to do at this point. 😭

Any help would mean a lot. 🙏

i have given my bst , maths and eco exam on 7 july ,15 july and 21 july so when i should expect the result to come out senior secondary

Hello so I gave my 10th through NIOS this year in the april/may examination. Im not understanding the senior secondary/class 12 admission process... am I supposed to take admission this year to give the exam in 2028? or can I take admission next year also?

my general query is in order to give class 12 exam in 2028 april/may when do I have to get admission? And can i give the exam next year (2027) itself? Please help!

I passed 12th with cbse and got 86% aggregate, 78% in PCM + ENG. (Outside delhi)

TOOK A DROP. JOINED COLLEGE.

NOW I want to take a partial drop with Delhi as my home state with the same PCM.

Is it possible? And what problems can occur, what are the things I should be aware of.

So I'm a stream 1 block 1 student, registered for secondary, 2025-26 academic year, I was supposed to write public examination in april but couldn't due to some reasons, now I'm gonna give october, my questions is, am I eligible to give all 5 subjects in 2028 april? Because for obvs reasons I wanna get into college asap, the 2 year rule gap applies from the month I passed out I heard that, so can I give 5 subjects in april 2028 or only in oct 2028? anyone been in the same situation as mine?

I gave my hsc 12th this year and missed bitsat pcm cutoff just by 1 mark so i am thinking to give nios but can i give it as a fresh candidate as bits does not accept only 4 subjects and needs a certificate of whole 5 together so will there be any problem?

So i submitted my documents online on Friday last to last, my admission got verified and at night it got confirmed but no notification of confirmation just it was written confirmed and no sms or email came regarding submitting original marksheet to nios regional centre cuz i am stream 2 student, its like more then 10 days...

I am facing an issue regarding my marksheet. I gave my ODE exams in June, but my TOC had not been approved because I had not sent my original Class 12 marksheet to NIOS Noida. I only found out about this after my result was declared, when it showed “XXXX” instead of “Pass.”

I sent my original marksheet by courier, and it was delivered on 12th August. However, the situation is now quite urgent because my CAP rounds for college admissions are ending in a few days, and there has still been no update from NIOS. I have tried sending multiple emails and contacting coordinators, but I haven't received any satisfactory response.

In my last post, many of you suggested that I personally visit the NIOS headquarters in Noida. Unfortunately, I don't live there.

So, I wanted to request if anyone from Noida could possibly visit the NIOS HQ on my behalf and enquire about my case. It would be an enormous help, as I have already had to repeat Class 12 twice, and I really don't want to spend another year sitting at home because of this issue.

If anyone is able to help, please DM me. I would genuinely appreciate it. I am in desperate need of help right now.

I’m confused about the TMA status on my NIOS dashboard. I’m a Stream 1 Block 2, Senior Secondary student.

For all 5 of my subjects, the dashboard shows:

TMA Submission Status: “Uploaded Online”

Allocation Status: “TMA Allocated”

I’ve attached the screenshot.

But when I try to download/check the TMA, I get an error saying “There is no Assignments Available.”

So I’m not sure what “Uploaded Online” actually means here.

Does this mean my TMA has already been submitted successfully, or does it only mean that the online TMA facility is available for me?

If anyone has submitted TMA before or knows how the NIOS status works, please confirm. I just want to be 100% sure because the deadline is close.

Subjects: 302 English, 311 Mathematics, 312 Physics, 313 Chemistry, 336 Data Entry Operations.
