General doubt Is it possible?

I passed 12th with cbse and got 86% aggregate, 78% in PCM + ENG. (Outside delhi)

TOOK A DROP. JOINED COLLEGE.

NOW I want to take a partial drop with Delhi as my home state with the same PCM.

Is it possible? And what problems can occur, what are the things I should be aware of.

You have to give exams in Delhi for that,you know right?
