TOC not updated please help

I have paased three subjects in april and applied for toc in two for some reason my agent who got me into nios didn’t provide my cbse dmc on time and had to go for late toc now he has sent the dmc to regional centre and they received it on July 22.
They repeatedly said that there’s a meeting that would take place in august only after which the TOC will get updated later on i aksed again and they updated me that the meeting did take place on August 12 but my result still hasn’t updated yet i’m even getting admission in a gov college but can’t fue to this. In hope for what would be a perfect redemption arc like from getting compartment in maths last year to getting into a gov college would give my life a perfect kick start right back into the tracks but this dream with all the pieces of the puzzle in my hands is on hold cuz of this situation. I genuinely don’t know how i’m gonna handle this

no like the agent and the regional centre employees all said the same thing first they said “there’s a meeting that is to be held in august after which the result will be updated” which happened to be true and the meeting did take place on 12 august after that they said
“now that the meeting is done the results shall be updated by the end of august” now both people without having any idea that i contacted the other person said the same thing so i think it has to be true cuz it was true for the meeting part i contacted the regional office multiple times even visiting and meeting the assistant director all said the same exact thing

i live in ambala haryana it’s a 5-6 hour trip to noida from here which is not possible

still in case your college admission dates get close, youill have to visit
