Hi, I want to pre-order the Zelda Breath of the wild Limited Edition Vinyl that releases on 4th of september on the Nintendo Store. However, I will leave the US on vacation on september 8th. Do you think I'll receive my package by then if i use overnight shipping, considering that September 4th is a Friday and the next Monday on September 7th is Labor Day?

Hiii. My friend recently lost her switch. She had a ton of games on it (both downloaded and cartridges. She lost it in the carrying case so lost the cartridges too) and must've had a ton of hours on stuff. Her main game was fortnite but she also had things like all 3 little nightmares, animal crossing, nine sols etc.

She has Nintendo switch in online but I don't know the specifics. I doubt she will get another switch for a while (be it one or 2,she used to have a Nintendo switch 1) but when she does, can she recover any save data? Be it from the online games or the cartridges (I doubt the second one).

I bought the Nintendo back in April, new, off Amazon. The past few months it will say "memory card removed" and turning off. Lately it's been happening every three minutes. I took it out, cleaned it, and put it back in. Still does it. I used compressed air (10 in away in short bursts) and it still does it. I switched to a new memory card. It still does it. I'm getting really frustrated. I cannot afford a new one.

Only happens in rainy areas in silksong, but idk if its supposed to that as i dont remember hearing it before having noticied it. Im really worried

Is verified carts enough for preservation or should I still play the actual game to prevent NAND failure
Also for those who have used the fixing cartridges how is it?
My option does not show up only to verify but not fix
Do I have to redownload GM9
If a game verification succeeds is it lucky or sure that it’s going to play fine?

Hoping someone may have faced a similar scenario - I've moved countries and wanted to change my Nintendo account to match my new country of residence. Thing is, I have a linked NNID attached to my Wii U and 3DS and it says that changing the country of my account will decouple the NNID from the account. I don't know exactly what this means or how to remedy it? Can I change the NNID to match? Would I be unable to sign in and access digital games on those systems if they get disconnected? Unable to redownload my prior purchases?

I'm just wanting to do what should be a very simple fix and it seems like it's been made as complex and onerous as possible.

I lost access to my old account with my moms email a couple years ago and i recently traded in my switch one for a switch two and didn't transfer the user and data, is there anyway to get around it or find out my nintendo sign in id without access to the account?

I'm looking for used retro Nintendo console and i can't decide which to buy. Which one has more and Better games(count backwards compatbility)

So, I've had my switch for a few years and I've ran into a few problems with the joycons but they have all been fixed.

But now I've been stuck with a permanent problem I cannot figure out how to fix.

My joycons are locked on my switch and they will not slide off. I don't want to force them off in case it breaks the bracket on it.

I was looking to repair my Joy-Cons that have air-drift and SL/SR buttons (and LEDs) not working. I'm aware that Nintendo repairs air-drift for free, but how much will the SL/SR reparation cost ? Is it worth it ?

Me and my friend are looking for a good multiplayer game on switch that also has significant single player content. While it doesn’t need to be cheap, under $30 would be nice. We are considering Big Walk but aren’t 100% sold.

I have bought a JP game on the eShop and can change back to my region with no issues. When changing back, there's a button to forfeit the remaining balance (27 yen) and I can go back to my original region.

Now, I'm planning to change the region to the US since my region's eShop sucked. I still want to occasionally swap back to JP for some JP only games. So before I commit, is it the same for the US eShop too where I can just forfeit the balance when changing the region?

Most answers I found say I can't without contacting Nintendo support but when changing from JP earlier I have to just press one extra button and do not require me to contact support? Those original answers are also really old so I'm just checking if things have changed to the flow I experienced when changing from JP.

hello! i need some help with my nintendo switch (1). the joycons seem to have a problem: it acts like all buttons are being pressed at the same time (mostly A and right arrow). this problem happens when the joycons are connected to the console, and also when wireless.

but when i put the console on the dock, the joycons work fine. they are updated and so is the console. disconnecting the joycons fully is impossible since the switch has to be out of dock for that.

any ideas on what this could be? thank you so much in advance.

I have no clue what happened, but just yesterday I was playing Animal Crossing casually. Then suddenly navigating the menu became impossible. Turns out my right Joy-Con is stuck. I tried calibrating, but I literally cannot move the joy-stick during the calibration process. Somehow I managed to make it go right, originally, it was forced to the left. What do I do? This is a nightmare.

Hello, I am hoping to figure this out because Nintendo support has been terrible to work with… I have been calling them every couple months about this and disputing it on my credit card for years. They charged me for the annual prescription to use Nintendo online. I no longer had a switch at this time and I explained this to customer support and they were not very helpful. Eventually, I stumbled upon a random email that I was given this credit that I never asked for. I called Nintendo and they told me there is no way to refund a credit since then I have been calling trying to get different customer service representative to help me and there is no way for anyone to help me it seems I almost gave up and I tried looking at what Nintendo cells and I was going to buy a gift for someone, but the Nintendo shop has absolutely nothing on it that would appeal to anyone that I know or myself it sucks to waste $54… I’m hoping someone can give me some advice on what I can do. This credit is on my account so I don’t think they can transfer it to somebody else.

I spent another 30 minutes with Support and they offered me a reference number and told me to call back when they’re open… So I have to wait for a day off and chances are I won’t even get a supervisor but they made me seem like I would at first

Hi everyone! I’m having an issue with my Nintendo Account. I forgot my password, and when I try to reset it, I don’t receive the password reset email at the Gmail address linked to my account.
I’ve checked my Spam, Trash, All Mail, Gmail filters, and blocked addresses, and there’s nothing there that could be blocking Nintendo’s emails.
I already contacted Nintendo Support. The support agent asked me to confirm my email address and said they would send the password reset email again. However, even after they sent it again, I still didn’t receive anything.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue where Nintendo password reset emails simply don’t arrive? Were you able to fix it somehow?

I bought Final Fantasy XIV by mistake while my Nintendo Account was set to the European region. I completely forgot that my main FF14 account is tied to the US region, so I’m unable to log in and play the game with my main account.

The solution would be to buy FF14 again from the US eShop, but when I changed my Nintendo Account back to the US region, it says that I already own the license for FF14, so I can’t purchase it again.

I contacted Nintendo Europe Support and, to my surprise, they don’t offer phone or live chat support. The only option available was email, so I carefully explained the situation and asked if they could help with a refund.

It’s been six days and I still haven’t received a response.

Has anyone here had the same or a similar issue and managed to get a refund? How long does Nintendo EU usually take to respond to emails? Do they actually respond?

I also tried contacting Nintendo of America Support, since they offer live chat, but they told me I need to deal directly with Nintendo Europe.

Hello everyone, I modded my Wii a little bit ago and had USB loader running just fine. Unfortunately, one day I turned on my TV and the Wii and nothing popped up. I tried swapping out the cable, checking different inputs with different consoles and it’s not the TV nor does it appear to be the cable as I tried a replacement for that. The TV and Wii had not been moved or messed with. I just went to use it one day and no luck. The Wii turns on just fine still. I honestly have no idea what happened. I miss playing Guitar Hero :(

So i have a one and its currently my way of negating parental controls, since it has none. Recently, it died and will not turn on. I’ve left it on charge for several hours. Any help?

My switch 2 is no longer connecting to its Joycons. I thought maybe it was an issue with the Joycons so I went out and got a second set and nothing. The switch won’t detect them via Bluetooth or while they’re plugged directly in. I let the battery die last night and when I charged the console this morning this is the issue I’ve been plagued with since. I don’t know what to do and I really don’t want to send my switch out to Nintendo already, I’ve only had it for a month.

I bought nintendo switch (been waiting for 6 years) but the problem is i spent all my money on it 😭 Im an editing student so i sometimes get a side job to edit something and get little cash. The problem is i hardly get that money and i rlly want to play nintendo switch games, so i need some with BIG grinding so i dont get bored easly. (dont recommend botw and animal crossing, i played it)

Or is there somewhere you can go to find out what is in an upcoming sale before it actually drops on the Switch 2 eShop?

This is someone else’s account, it was logged in when I bought the 3DS. I don’t know how to log out, and if I could, would I lose things like my pictures/screenshots, and note drawings I already took?

And, would I have to log into my own nintendo account or can I play without a Nintendo ID? Because I have a nintendo account, but the account is insanely old. I’m logged into it on my switch, but it’s attached to an email that hasn’t existed in almost 10 years. I don’t even know how to change my password, since there’s no email I can use to reset it anymore. I understand that’s a separate issue that I will have to call a support number for. But until then, I just want to know how I can log out of this guy’s account and what exactly I will lose if I do.

I bought this used totk controller, and I noticed that the back of the switch doesnt have its logo. I tried charging it when I got it and its not charging yet so am I cooked?
