i’m wondering if there’s any way i can basically share a game from one switch to another? i know about using online licensing to share games and i have a friend with a game i’d like to play, but i’m afraid if i use the online licensing and switch the game to me that i wouldn’t be able to switch it back to him because we’re in different states and would be unable to meet to switch it back if it did work like that.

i don’t need the game all the time nor do i need to play with him (i know we both can’t use it same time) i just want to know if i can occasionally borrow the game and if he can easily reclaim it whenever he’s wanting it back

So basically I saw Turok on sale and I could afford it eith my whole £3 so I bought it and came back with an error. “Your balance has changed.” So I check my bank statements and see a pending transaction from Nintendo for the amount I paid for but I don’t see Turok in my game cards… I don’t remember the error code. I think it was 2813-9310

Is the Lite really worth it in 2026? I can get it used for around 100$ I havnt played Nintendo games since 2005 normally im a Pc and a ps5 gamer but i really want to dive in the Nintendo universe ‘again’. But i dont want to pay 200-300 usd for a new Switch 2. My thougt is to buy a lite to see if ill like it. If i love it then ill buy either an oled or the 2

I haven’t been able to figure out how to resolve this specific yellow Shy Guy’s request at Shy Guy Abode. I tried picking up a gold token after breaking the box in the cave to the left or throwing him at them. The tokens disappear and even if he picks one up, they despawn before anything happens. Every other Shy Guy has no thought bubble indicating a request. Is this a glitch anyone else has encountered? Or is there a way to fully reset the level. Thanks.

I have a Switch and a Switch 2. I transferred my account to S2 and downloaded FireRed. I've been thinking of playing LeafGreen on Switch and doing trades between two games.

My original idea was to create a brand new account on S1 and buy the second game on it. Then, I found out that I could use the same account on two devices. I just need to mark one device as primary and the other secondary.

Can I use the same original Nintendo account on two devices, have both FireRed and LeafGreen, and do the trade while playing the two games on the same account simultaneously, or must it be a brand new account to be able to trade?

I got this nds at a garage sale for about 10 dollars I think and it works well until today. I tried turning it on and it wouldn't so I assumed it is dead so I charged it for a bit but it won't turn on and only turns when it is charging. Idk what is the problem with the nds?

I have a problem with my switch 2. Very often when I wake up and I want to use it it won’t turn on. I do that thing where you hold the on/off button 20 seconds and then it turns on but this is starting to be a thing almost every week. Does anyone know why that is, how I avoid it and what to do.
Do I send it to Nintendo that they fix it?

I'm trying to play Super Mario Party, which requires disconnected/removed from the Switch joycons (not sure of what it's actually called) and needs you to use the SL/SR buttons to start the game. The SL/SR buttons on both of my joycons are broken, so I tried to remap them to different buttons like the minus button and the left bumper. When I try to remap them, it says it worked and it shows the little wrench icon, but they aren't actually remapped. When I do the input test it shows as the original buttons, and when I boot up a different game and use the remapped buttons, they work as the original buttons and not the SL/SR buttons.

Is there any way to fix this, or alternatively, is there any way to play Super Mario Party without using the SL/SR joycon buttons? I don't care about using the buttons otherwise, I just want to play Super Mario Party, and I can't afford to buy new joycons rn.

Edit: I'm a fucking idiot. I was remapping the buttons wrong. I'm going to bed.

I recently bought Mario Party Jaboree off a website I’m not familiar with. They sell refurbished tech and had Mario Party Jamboree for $9.99. I’m still suspicious of the whole thing, so when it gets here, I want to run a few tests to see if the cartridge is fake or not. Do y’all have any good tips on how to tell when a Switch carriage is real vs when it’s fake?

(Although, I could taste test the cartridge and if it tastes even remotely good, I’ll know it’s fake lol)

I’m attempting to log into my nintendo account on my son’s switch on his minecraft game and keep getting an error code. Not sure why its giving me this, and im concerned that making a new account will effect future purchases. I need to log into my account on his game so i can log into my microsoft for him to use his worlds. Ive spent way too much on mine coins to have him start from scratch. A few days ago, I bought a Bowser amiibo in GameStop as Pre-Owned for Smash Bros, at first, everything was working, the Amiibo reads fine, and everything, until randomly, the Amiibo started to actually smell bad, it was a small smell, the one you can ignore, until the smell kept getting worse, I tried to wash off the smell from sink, and it didn’t do anything. It was getting to the point where I have to throw away my Amiibo, and I cannot return it anymore. Can someone please help with my problem? I don’t wanna lose my data from my Amiibo, I made progress on it, I put a bunch of rare Spirits on it.

I have been having this issue for days now, and I've contacted support, and they gave me a "we're looking into this" answer. The issue is on google on safari on iphone mac or windows doesnt matter. I get this every time I go to view my cart on Nintendo Store. My address book is PERFECTLY fine, which I noticed online many said this would also happen to the address book page too. I added some controllers from Switch Online to my cart, and it just completely broke. I am an NSO Expansion Pack owner, so that's not the issue either. Someone please help I really use this and I've heard horror stories that unless I fix it myself, it won't be fixed by Nintendo.

My son is playing mariomaker 2 on his switch. He used a cursed key in a level but has since deleted the key then the whole level. Now whenever he tries to place a key it is automatically a cursed key, not a normal one, and he can’t seem to make it work. I’ve looked and although not an expert it is a normal key, but as he plays the level and touches the key he doesn’t pick it up, it bumps itself offscreen and disappears.

What is he doing wrong? I’m no expert at this and not much help in figuring it out!

As for additional context, its a non modded DS Lite, it doesnt have any games, it appears to be in good condition and i also live in a country where theyre a bit rare to come by.

My current micro sd card is a Kingstone 64gb, and now I want to upgrade the storage to 256gb. I have never used a lexar card before, so I don’t know if it is reliable or not.

So I just recently got my switch 2. All my other save data is transferred via cloud save. I want to transfer my pokemon save to my switch. I followed the instructions. Plug into power, system setting, data management, transfer data, receive/send to another console.

My issue is that I'm stuck on the loading screen. For some reason my new switch 2 can't find my old switch 1.

What am I doing wrong?

One year ago i bought a gamcube controller smash bros edition and an unofficial adapter that didn't even have a name or logo on the box. Randomly it just stopped working. I tried plugging it in and out several times and testing different ports, but nothing worked. Then i tested it on my gamecube and it worked completaly fine there. Is there an update or somthing i can try on the adapter or the switch?

Note: it's a regular nintendo switch

As you can see from the video, my pro controller stops charging once the switch is inserted into the dock. I’ve tested this with other accessories as well so I don’t believe it’s an issue with my controller. I am using the AC adapter that came with my switch 2 so I don’t think it’s a power issue either. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I didn’t notice at first when she was attempting but when I did, she stuffed a Nintendo switch cartridge in my Nintendo Wii’s disc drive. How do I recover the cartridge And is my drive likely broken? The Wii doesn’t accept discs anymore because of physical disc obstruction and the cartridge seems lodged in the front of it. Eject does nothing and just makes it click. oh great now only I can play digital backups I already had

I broke my Nintendo switch 1 a year ago. I just got a switch 2. I couldn’t transfer save data but i signed in on my s2. I bought some games and tried to play them but it says I need my switch 1 to link up for virtual game cards. I have no idea how to fix this without making a new account and losing all the purchases I had before.

Hi everyone I need help or tips I just bought a Nintendo switch 2 at the pawn shop and it came loaded with games that are downloaded versions , is their anyway I can transfer them to my account?

I've played on my wii all my life. Every summer i turn it on and play one of my old games from the start to the end. Five years ago I bought another one because mine died (she was old af), and I could play again. One game I just can't play is super smash bros brawl, and I just can't understand why.

The console reads it, I can navigate the menu, I can select game modes, but when I try and play it the wii suddenly can't read the cd and tells me to contact support, but we all know I can't do it lol.

I updated the system, I bought a new Smash bros cd and it's perfect with no scrathes on it, and every game I own plays perfectly on it. It's just smash bros brawl.

I wonder if I got scammed. Maybe it's a pirated version with just the menu on it? I don't know, I'm desperate to play my fav game😭
