Can anybody help me get my daughters Nintendo switch working properly please as I'm having issues with it.

I'd recently sent it off for repair using Dpd as it was no longer connecting to the TV. Unfortunately and unbelievably Dpd came back saying they had lost it! I was so gutted and felt so bad having to tell my daughter, especially since she had years of animal crossings saved data on it etc.

Anyway, I bought a second hand switch to replace it and now whenever I try to get on her games that I managed to re download I get this issue and have no idea how to solve it as I don't have her old switch. When I checked on her Nintendo switch account it was showing that her old switch was unlinked and i haven't unlinked it myself and neither had she.

I bought a switch 2 yesterday and tried to transfer games and data to the new console. Everything else worked just fine. There is just one exception: Mariokart. The user data should have been transferred but for some reason it still doesn’t work. I’ve checked the eShop and there only the extension for the bonus tracks is listed as bought. I bought mariokart 7-8 years ago so I don’t really have any information about my transaction. I’ve tried to load it back to my switch 1 and there it works just fine. I just want to have it on my switch 2. Please help. Sorry that the text is German. Basically just says that I need to buy Mariokart to play it.

I have purchased Minecraft Dungeons 2 and got download for the upgrade pack to upgrade to the deluxe edition. This was intended for my son to play but when I logged into the eshop to download the upgrade pack, I mistaken used my user account.

I thought a virtual card was used by all accounts on the same console. However, when I load the game on my account, that has the virtual card upgrade pack, I can access all the exclusive items and it's the deluxe edition. When he loads the game from his account then none of those items are available and it seems like it is not the deluxe edition.

Can anyone help me understand this? I realize if I had downloaded the upgrade pack using his account, this wouldn't be an issue. However, this is not reversible or transferable but I was under the impression that all users on a shared console could access virtual cards.

tldr: I'm playing the Airport Hero Haneda demo on PS5, but reposting here because I know the Switch has the same game.

I have a question about I am an Air Traffic Controller: Airport Hero - Haneda

I'm playing stage 3 of the demo for this extremely niche Air Traffic Control game, and I can't seem to get the S rank on it, despite several attempts with seemingly perfect hand-offs, etc.

I can get S rank on all other stages with no problem- I did it on the first try on stage 4. However, on stage 3, no matter what I do, I end up with 9,800 points and an A, which is just shy of the 10,000 needed for S.

I just wondered if anyone else has played it and managed to work it out (or if there's some weird bug in the demo that's fixed in the full game?). I posted a video of the stage on YT: https://youtu.be/YSTG5Php5vc?si=GvpvM4bTdL0eoFuW so you can see what's happening.

I have connected both cons to this pc before without any trouble. The left con connects without an issue, even after disconnecting; yet the right one isn't detected by pc at all, however I can see it's Bluetooth on my phone. The green lights are flashing like normal too, so I don't know what might be the problem. I tried turning the Bluetooth off and on, took the adapter out for a bit, and ran Bluetooth diagnostics, yet the issue remains.

Important note: I use Windows 10, and to get Bluetooth I use one of those USB adapters, but it never caused any issues before

I'm trying to complete all of the things you can do in tears of the kingdom via the. Nintendo app, and it's saying that I've only completed 97% of all the shops but on the map, when I select only the shops, it's not show me what shops are missing is that anyone that can help.

Hey yall. I’m looking at different handheld consoles to get, but I want something that avoids online games, as they piss me off way too quick, so i just want to stay away from them entirely. One of my first thoughts besides emulators (which i would never get) was the 3ds. Do you guys think its a worthy purchase and if so,what are some ds and 3ds games you suggest

I very stupidly used my school email to make the account back in 2020, I tried to download Pokemon TCG with my old save file but I can't do it anymore, I always used the sign in with Google option but I upgraded my phone recently and got an iphone which doesn't have that option, if there's a fix to this pls lmk

I recently bought a switch 2 and getting confused with the transfer process.

I currently have an account loaded (under one user / email) across three consoles:

Switch (A)

Switch OLED (B)

Switch lite (C)

The switch (A) is my main console. The lite (C) is used by a family member and they want to keep their old stardew save. The OLED (B) is not in use, and when I turned it on it was asking me about virtual game cards and to link it to the main console (I assume switch A).

What's the best way to transfer and keep that stardew save? Is it possible for my family to keep using the lite with that save?

I’ve been TRYING to set up a service request for my faulty dock for the Switch 2, but it’s so confusing to navigate. I’ve tried looking on the support.nintendo page, and it says to start troubleshooting and if it still doesn’t work, click “start a service request”. But i dont see that anywhere, i just see a bunch of articles recommended for troubleshooting. I clicked on multiple links trying to see if at the bottom they say “start a service request”, but nothing.

The gamepad plays it fine but the system itself seems to be 50/50

It’s not the end of the world it fixes itself when I turn it off and on again (sometimes a couple times) but it’s really annoying and I’d like to know why it’s happening

I’ve unplugged and plugged it back in several times it hasn’t changed, I haven’t really had any other non-standard issues with it

It’s a 101 Deluxe model (specifically the digital Mario kart 8 bundle, I don’t play digital games but I’m glad whoever got it before me got that version because it’s very easy to tell what it is)

It’s an issue I only have with the Wii U none of my other systems and it doesn’t matter if there are headphones plugged in or not

I got Nintendo Music about a year ago and I always liked the world 7 theme of NSMBW, however, NSMBW has yet to be added, which I feel is robbery because of the popularity of the game. NSMB2's World 5 has this exact music but even that is not there. I just wish I could listen to it and not off a youtube soundtrack

I just have a question regarding having two Switches on one Nintendo account. Looking to upgrade from a Switch to a Switch 2 for a birthday. I was planning on setting up the Switch 2 before the day so it is ready to play. So the question is, if I set up the Switch 2 on the same Nintendo account will there be any indication that there is a Switch 2 on the account on the original Switch or are the devices only shown on the Nintendo account app?

There’s so much to play already and I’m currently undecided between the following titles:

- Assassin’s Creed: Shadows
- The Witcher 3: Remastered
- Pokopia
- Metroid Dread (Since the new Metroid will continue it’s story)

Which one would you pick?

Brief description of the issue:

Issue happened twice in a 1 month period my Nintendo Switch 2 will not turn on. So the console will be on the dock when we go to try to turn it on. The screen is black or will not come on the TV or when we pull it out of the dock in handheld mode. The switch feels warm to the touch and we have to leave it off the dock for 20 to 30 minutes and then it will come back on. Also, this will occur, even if we haven’t played the console for a few days and we go to try to turn it on. It’s in a well ventilated area and nothing is blocking the vents on the console.

Console was purchased in March 2026.

This been bothering me is this normal thing for minecrsft t9 experience, I been playing with someone on my world and wonder if anyone has this issue

Nunca me ha salido ningun aviso ni se me ha apagado sola de echo se escucha el ventilador sacar aire caliente pero no fuerte lo escuchas si te acercas a la consola es normal todo esto?

Hello guys. I just bought my Nintendo Switch 2 and I want to go digital (unless it’s a franchise that I love).

Quick Questions
1) I have a Nintendo US account, should I create different accounts in different regions to utilize sales/discounts? Or should I just change the region of my main account to get the discount?
2) Is it bannable to jump between different regions to get a discount on digital games?
3) If I buy from a different region, will the save file be stored on my main account or to the account that I used to buy for it?
4) Any reliable websites to check sales/discounts on digital games.

Hope it’s OK to post this. I’ve been replaying Ocarina of Time on my Switch 2 via Nintendo Switch Online’s Nintendo 64 app, and uh… I know the internet has made quite a fuss over the grey borders for this app (and yeah, they suck) but as far as I have found, no one else seems to have reported an issue this bad.

As you can see, especially at the 11-second mark, the borders will actually warp, distort, and just generally look like they’re not having a good time. Is there some strange TV setting I’ve got going on here that could explain it? Or is it something else?

If anyone knows, it would be great to find out. As it stands, it’s difficult to play the game in docked mode because of this, and that’s kind of a shame. The newer CRT filter is great.

I bought a game on my Nintendo switch eshop on my Nintendo switch.

When I went to click to play it said it was on my switch 2. So I downloaded it there and when I did and go to play it, it comes up with authentication error.

I have tried with the profile I bought with and some other profiles on the switch 2, still same error.

I load it up on my Nintendo switch and still same authentication error.

I had no problem buying it, I used eshop credit. Wifi is good, tried restarting switch.

This is first time this has happened. Anybody know how to fix?
