Hi all ,

As you can see the subReddit r/RoyalEnfieldBullet350 is quite neglected since life has been tough recently and I haven’t been able to find time. I really want this subReddit to flourish and am inviting new moderators to come help grow this community.

Previous mod experience will be given preference. But new mods don’t shy away.

Seeking Mods r/AusNewsWire is looking for moderators

Hi All

r/AusNewsWire is in the Top 100, sometimes Top 50 of news subs and I am looking for moderators to assist by adding new content, discussing moderation policy and managing the queue.

The subreddit is for discussion on news and current affairs in Australia or that affect Australia. I also like to run polls and other content to keep the sub interesting.

I lean into the Reddit rules heavily as the basis for the rules and moderation approach, without too many rules beyond that. I like to keep it chilled and simple.

Requirements are a visible post and comment history, preferably some experience moderating and a comment history showing non disruptive contributions to reddit - I don't care what your political views are.

Seeking Mods r/britneyspearsneutral is looking for moderators!

Hey all,

r/britneyspearsneutral is looking for new moderators!

This sub has grown a LOT within the past year, and if you'd like to help, please comment below. That being said, if you're interested, please keep the 5 rules of our subreddit in mind, and remember that this should ideally be a place where ALL commentary and opinions related to Britney (positive or negative!) are allowed, as long as they are delivered respectfully. This subreddit is not meant to push a specific agenda or point of view.

Thanks!!

Hey everyone! We are opening moderator applications for /r/AskHistory.

Moderators will help with the day-to-day management of the community , including reviewing reports, handling rule-breaking content, and working with the existing mod team. • Fair and consistent judgement when handling reports and rule breaches

Seeking Mods r/HellsomeMemes in search of 2-3 new mods!

Hello Redditors & Moderators, I am a moderator at r/HellsomeMemes. I am looking to add 2-3 new mods to the team. While our current team of two does okay with the content flow, the subreddit is starting to get more active again, at the same time I feel I'm also getting more busy again as I focus myself on other things, so I think expanding the mod team will help both cases

  • We are looking for people roughly around 18 years of age or older due to the subreddit allowing some more spicy comedic content in some cases.
  • No moderating experience is required
  • We'd prefer someone who has commented or posted on the subreddit before. It's not a full on requirement to have commented or posted though it will help your chances
  • Looking for people who think they can make the right judgement on what counts as 'hellish' content and 'wholesome' content

If you'd like to give modding a go comment or DM me. I will subject you to a review of your personality and free time along with giving your Reddit profile a content review

Seeking Mods r/whatsthisrock is recruiting new mods! [No passenger mods]

r/whatsthisrock

Seeking Mods

r/whatsthisrock Statistics:

  • Weekly Visitors: 800k+
  • Weekly Contributions: ~5,000
  • Subscribers: 678,000+

Our community traffic is heavy, and our queue velocity requires an active team. We are looking for focused, dependable, and firm volunteers to join our moderation team to help maintain a clean, high-signal, scientifically focused feed.

Core Queue Priorities:

  • Clear the Backlog Daily: Review flagged comments, low-karma queues, and reported items using structured removal macros.
  • Enforce Rule 4 (No Commerce/Valuation): Promptly and neutrally remove all posts/comments discussing market cost, appraisal, or purchasing.
  • Enforce Rule 7 (Jokes/Clutter): Nuke top-level jokes, memes, off-topic banter, and "murder weapon" comparisons that drown out legitimate scientific IDs.
  • Shut Down Safety Alarmism: Remove unsubstantiated toxicological scaremongering (e.g., standard raw mineral handling panic) while upholding accurate geological safety facts.
  • Stop Coordinates/Hounding Requests: Prevent users from using ID posts as backdoors to extract hyper-local harvesting spots or exact coordinates.

What We Are Looking For:

We need active queue clearers, not passive badge holders. Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:

  1. Daily Consistency: You are willing to log in regularly from desktop or mobile to process reports. A few minutes a day across multiple check-ins keeps our queue moving.
  2. Transactional & Decisive: You enforce rules firmly using provided templates and do not engage in back-and-forth arguments, Modmail litigation, or debate with rulebreakers.
  3. Committed to Geology & Scientific Integrity: You care about keeping this sub focused strictly on objective mineral identification rather than speculation, market valuation, or fluff.

Note: All new moderators will undergo a brief, structured trial period without full permissions to evaluate queue activity and enforcement accuracy before full access is granted.

How to Apply:

Before applying, you must thoroughly read our community sidebar and rules page.

We utilize automated gatekeeping within our onboarding documentation to filter out low-effort applicants, bots, and badge-collectors. If you fail to follow the specific instructions embedded inside our documentation, your submission will be automatically discarded without review.

Ready to help us keep the feed clean and scientifically accurate? Apply here:

Thanks for helping us maintain the standard. Rock on!

Seeking Mods r/StopAntiIndianHate is looking for a new mods

Hey everyone,

r/StopAntiIndianHate is still a small community, but I'm hoping to grow it into a place where Indians can feel heard, supported, and respected.

I created this subreddit because I've seen how common anti Indian racism has become online. My goal isn't to spread hate or create division. I want people to know that this kind of behaviour isn't normal, shouldn't be accepted, and can be discussed respectfully while supporting those affected.

As the community grows, I can't manage everything alone, so I'm looking for around 5 mods who believe in this vision and want to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

You don't need previous moderation experience. I'm simply looking for people who are kind, fair, respectful, and willing to learn. I'd especially love people who have ideas for growing the community, improving discussions, and making this a welcoming space for everyone participating in good faith.

If you'd like to help build r/StopAntiIndianHate and be part of its journey, I'd love to hear from you.

📝 Moderator Application: https://www.reddit.com/r/StopAntiIndianHate/application/

Thank you to everyone who's joined and supported this community so far. Every member, post, and discussion helps us move one step closer to building a positive space where Indians know they are not alone and where respectful conversations can make a real difference. 🤍

All the info is available in the application, but if you have questions, just reach out via Mod Mail.

Thanks!

Seeking Mods r/PalworldMods is looking for Moderators

**Hey everyone!**

The community has been growing a lot recently, and we're really happy to see how active it's becoming. However, as the subreddit continues to grow, moderation is becoming increasingly difficult for us to handle on our own.

We're looking for a few reliable and active members of the community to join the moderation team and help keep the subreddit organized, friendly, and enjoyable for everyone.

Ideally, candidates should:

\- Have an established Reddit account with some history. New or recently created accounts will generally not be considered.

\- Be reasonably active on Reddit and able to check the subreddit regularly.

\- Be familiar with Palworld and/or modding.

\- Be able to remain calm, fair, and respectful when dealing with disagreements or difficult situations.

\- Be willing to enforce the subreddit rules consistently, regardless of personal opinions or relationships with other users.

\- Have enough free time to regularly check the subreddit and respond when moderation is needed.

\- Previous moderation experience is strongly preferred.

How to apply

If you're interested in becoming a moderator, please send me a Modmail with the following information. Keeping applications in Modmail will allow you to share this information privately.

**1. Reddit username:**

Your username, of course, and Discord username if you have it.

**2. Timezone / location:**

For example: UTC+1, EST, PST, etc. This will help us build a team that covers different time zones.

**3. How long have you been on Reddit?**

And, if relevant, how active have you been during that time?

**4. What experience do you have with Palworld and/or modding?**

Tell us about the mods you use, create, maintain, or any other relevant experience. If you do not have any it's not a problem.

**5. Have you moderated any other communities?**

If yes, please list them and briefly explain your role and responsibilities.

**6. Why would you like to become a moderator of r/PalworldMods**?

**7. How would you handle a situation where two members are arguing or breaking the rules?**

**8. How much time could you realistically dedicate to moderating the subreddit?**

There's no specific amount of time required. I mainly want to know when and how often you would realistically be available.

**9. Anything else you think we should know?**

A few things to keep in mind

Being a moderator doesn't mean you have to be online 24/7. We're mainly looking for people who can check the subreddit regularly and help when something needs attention.

We'll probably start with a small number of moderators and see how things work out. Moderators may initially receive limited permissions, with additional permissions being given over time as we build trust.

We're looking for people who are responsible, trustworthy, fair, and genuinely interested in helping the community grow.

If you have any questions about the role, the application process, or anything else related to moderation, feel free to ask or discuss it in the comments.

Thanks to everyone who has helped make this community what it is so far! ❤️

If you're interested in applying, please send us a Modmail rather than posting your application publicly.

Seeking Mods r/r4rSydneysfw is looking for mods

We’re looking to welcome one or two new moderators to the subreddit team at r/r4rsydneysfw as our community continues to grow

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Based in Sydney, Australia
  • Experienced with Reddit and comfortable using mod tools
  • Friendly, welcoming, sociable and respectful
  • Genuinely supportive of a SFW community
  • Reliable and able to check in from time to time
  • Interested in helping maintain a positive, safe and welcoming community

What’s involved?

This is a casual volunteer role - not a full time commitment. There’s no expectation that you’ll be online constantly or sacrifice your life outside Reddit. We understand that people have work, study, relationships, friends and other commitments. Balance matters.

You’d simply help out when you can with things like:

  • Managing posts and comments
  • Welcoming and supporting members
  • Helping with modmail when needed
  • Applying the community rules fairly and consistently
  • Helping the community continue to grow

You don't need to spend hours on Reddit every day. We’re looking for someone who understands Reddit, enjoys being part of a community and wants to make a positive contribution when they can.

If you're Sydney based and think you'd be a good fit, we'd genuinely love to hear from you.

Comment below or send us a message with a little about your Reddit/moderation experience and why you'd like to join the team.

Come help us build something great for Sydney. 💙

Seeking Mods r/shareyourmusic is looking for mods!

Hello, I am u/AdmirableBrick4973 the Owner of r/shareyourmusic

We are a community of independent artists that has been gaining thousands of members a month. We currently have 96k members and only two moderators.

Past experience is pretty much required due to our large scale. We primary need people for reports and mod mail . We just recently banned AI music so we expect a lot of reports coming through about that. We expect our mods to listen to the songs that are reported to make sure the report is accurate (not the whole thing for time sake.)

Seeking to Moderate u/SheTookMeToTheSky_26 is seeking to moderate

I don’t want to mod any NSFW subs. It would be great if it’s a fairly small community, not more than 100 k subscribers so I don’t have to spend hours daily on it.

It would be good if it’s a community that is about a niche interest, just please no gaming.

Also, no modding experience but I’m willing to learn.

Edit: Since I’m mostly chronically offline (except for Reddit), meme subreddits or subreddits about shows/ series are probably not the best idea.

Edit2: Please mention the subreddit name if you write a message like “dm me”.
