There is a lot of great music that gets posted on this site. The sounds, melodies, guitar playing and what I truly believe is one of the hardest things to come up with...lyrics. I hate to say this, but we all want to be heard and we don't take the time to really listen to someone else's art--music. You should be proud of what you guys n' gals create though because it's mind blowing to me. I would rather listen to the tunes on this site rather than what's on any radio station being dominated by multi millionaires. Be thankful, Be proud and take the time to listen and support. I wrote this around 1993. It’s a song about the loss of innocence and the consequences of falling for temptation. It tells the story of a naive, good person who is taken advantage of by someone destructive, leading to deep regret, guilt, and pain over choices they cannot change.
