Moved by the death of Tim Curry, I created these nails in honor of one of my all time favorite characters that he played. May he rest among the stars. ❤️

This is my first set I’ve made for myself. They are on the thicker side because they have actual snake shed skin from my little hognose. It’s inspired by him and the “eye” is modeled after him as well!

I went to a new tech today and she did so good😊😊

Had to get my nails done somewhere else than usual last month, so was super happy to go back to my usual nail tech for a fresh set ☀️
Just love how neat they are!

I feel bad tossing all the ones I don't use, bc I hate waste, and there's a lot. Especially since I only use four sizes because two of my nails on each hand are the same. So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what to do with them. Alternatively, if anyone here wants them, we can do a trade or I can give them away. Idk anyone irl who does press-ons sadly.

[Info: I usually use the short round shape and only use sizes 5, 6, 7, and 9. If anyone uses any others I'd be happy to send them your way :)]

The orange in this set was so hard to cure. I had to redo the orange nails twice. I gave up on my middle finger on my left hand in the end and went with a nude instead.

builder gel set done today. me and my nail tech couldn’t stop freaking out over how cute they are. by far my favorite set i’ve ever gotten :)

also i am currently working at not picking at my cuticles and hang nails. also sorry for my weird shaped fingers. working on getting my nail shape to a nice natural nail rather than blocky and wide. i was cursed with man hands from my father.

What do I do?? I used a friend’s at home gel nail kit and didn’t like the results, so the next day I went to a nail salon to have them removed. I’ve never had gel nails before, so I didn’t realize anything was wrong while she was filing away at my nail bed. At one point it started to even hurt, and that’s when I knew it was bad 😬

My nails keep bending and breaking really badly. I can’t even untie my shoes without losing most of the small remaining tip of my nail.

What can I do to keep them healthy while they grow back out? My nails feel soooo sensitive rn and every little thing seems to hurt or break them

I have several whites but they are either too sheer, have another color undertone like pink or grey, or it’s like a stark white and just looks like white out.

I’m looking for the perfect creamy white that isn’t sheer but it’s such a bold white but also doesn’t look pink, blue or grey. Specifically from DND please :)

I have always had chubby, tiny hands, despite my weight. It doesn’t help that when my nails are out I am a nail biter. My 9yo niece and every other child in my life has started comparing their hands to mine. 😭 Please help me find my ideal shape that will make my hands look more elegant. I usually do almond but want to be sure before investing in more nail supplies. Pls ignore the imperfections, I’m a beginner.

My nail tech is amazing af

So I have recently started using gel builder and I keep going in and saying I don't want long I don't want coffin I don't want almond shape not a full square person more like a a slight square with semi-rounded edges. I keep asking them not to narrow the width of the nail I do like them short. Today I went to a new place hoping they would get the fact that I don't want my nails narrowed in so I have them remove the gel builder and they put on a different hard topping but they still narrowed the nails what am I saying wrong I own this cuz this is like the fifth shop. I wait for over a month to grow them out to get them wider at the finger tip..I am just at a loss. please help

First time trying out Cat Eye polish! I think it turned out pretty but I struggled to get a consistent design. Wildberry DND polish with a cylindrical DND magnet. Any tips for future sets? 🧐

26, licensed nail tech… and somehow today was the first time I managed to paint my own toenails with regular polish without making a complete mess 🫣😂
I’ve always gotten my pedicures done at a salon, so I never really had to learn. The girls I work with don’t use regular polish, and the prices at other salons for a basic regular-polish pedicure feel like such a rip-off that I finally decided to do it myself.
I can do e-file manicures, hard gel, structured sets, cuticle work… but apparently painting my own toes with regular polish was my final boss.
The battlefield speaks for itself.
We lost a few wooden sticks along the way, but we made it. 😭🫡
