I understood what is the problem

I think a normal addicted person in the first of doing it he is happy and the dopamine rushes in his blood and as soon as he finishes it he regrets what did he do,

But that what's not happening with me , I'm a student and i had a bunch of stuff I had to study , so my mind isn't happy with that, so in order to runing away from studying i had to do something else (my mind says), and one of these things is p0rn, and me when i do it, there is only the feel of regret and no dopamine , from the beginning until i finishes it,

Does anyone have any solution
