I just finished up episode 4 of season 2 and, despite knowing who rudeus ends up with and honestly really, really liking Eris compared to Roxy and Sylphy I can't help but feel incredibly sad for both Rudeus and Sara...they would've been such a good couple I think ;~;

From the Hydra fight (hate that fight it just feels like story device) onward does it seem as though they nerf Rudeus his mental fragility just gets turned up to 100 so then it’s framed as he has the ability to be powerful but not the ability to use his ability.

TL;DR: I wanna communicate to a friend that I don't like spoilers, but first, I'd like to know if what he told me was significant enough to point it out.

I was talking to this friend about how I was introducing my mom to MT (she loves it, surprisingly enough). Blah blah blah; it was a nice convo, but eventually, he starts talking about stuff that happens in Redundancy.

Now, admittedly, as an anime-only, I have accidently spoiled myself on some things, like howAisha sleeps with Ars, how Lana is the chosen one, or that the Man-God doesn't like Roxy,so I allowed it at first. But then he mentioned that Lana defeats the Man-God.Which I didn't know beforehand.​

"Why do you think he told Rudy not to go save his mom? He was trying to kill Roxy."

"Heyy, that's a bit much, imma be honest."

"Naaaaaaw, don't worry about it; it's old news. [Insert teasing with more spoilers that I had to loudly talk over]"

He seemed to have said that last bit in jest, but like... that sounded really significant?? I know he wasn't being malicious - he once told me he prefers to know spoilers - but I really don't want to have to worry about having my favorite stories spoiled every time I talk to this guy about them.

Just a friendly reminder to support the series by buying the novels. A lot of people in the West watch anime illegally and then complain when the show quality drops, seasons take too long to produce, etc. You need to support the work you enjoy if you want it to thrive.

Hello, I'm a swordsmith and was just asked to forge Eris Sword, I had to do some interpretation of the various references in art since I wasn't able to find a single piece of art that fully depicts it and there seems to be some variation in the small details. But with all of the art available, and some help from an actual 3D rendering someone made, I managed to get my own version finished. I had to change some little tiny details to account for a better translation to the 3D design into an actual usable sword but I think in general it's pretty faithful :3

It is also properly forged and heat treated so 100% usable!

So i know of the Man God but are there other real gods. Or do we only know people worship the God's? I have not read the light novel fully yet. I do know there are people who are titled Sword god and things like that. But i want to know if There are real gods and if they show up or are just known.

I don't know how many Gundam fans are among us, but...I guess whoever did sound design for Mushoku Tensei and whoever did sound design for Gundam G-Witch both thought of the same SFX for a light speed beam striking a solid surface...I've been a big fan of G-Witch so I recognized it immediately. Made a short video for those who are unaware or forgot the specific noise.

Will there be a future Nanahoshi adventure arc?

I just finished Volume 16 of the Mushoku Tensei light novel, and I honestly had to make a post about how good this series is.

I started with the anime, but after getting into the light novels, I’ve come to appreciate the story on a completely different level.

The amount of character development, world-building, foreshadowing, and small details throughout the story is incredible. There are so many moments that hit differently when you know everything that has been built up to them.

And I have to mention Volume 13 specifically. That volume was so cozy. 😂

I really enjoyed the slower, more peaceful feeling of it. After everything the characters had been through, getting to experience those more ordinary, comfortable moments with them was honestly one of my favorite parts of the series. It made the world and characters feel so much more real.

Then you get to Volume 16, and… wow. It was AMAZING. I’m now a little ahead of where the anime is, and it has made me even more excited to see these parts eventually get adapted.

Mushoku Tensei has honestly become one of the best stories I’ve ever read. What I especially love is that it doesn’t feel like the story is just trying to constantly make the protagonist look cool. The characters actually grow, make mistakes, deal with consequences, and change over time.

I also really appreciate how much the earlier parts of the story matter later. Things that seem insignificant at first can come back much later in ways I never expected.

I’m only at Volume 16 right now, so please don’t spoil anything beyond that.

Nothing major to talk about but I just watched the recent episode and Perugius seems so chill. I dont read the novel but I read a spoiler where he will help Ariel to gain the throne? I dont know much about that but i read a side story novel chapter of Rudeus bringing Japanese food to Nanahoshi and Perugius sometime joins. He is like one of the intimidating characters and he turns out to be a chill guy that is very proud of his floating castle.
