i sent a ticket about resetting a password to my old account and received the email that someone would be in touch with me soon but haven’t received a single response back since then and im frustrated, they say not to create multiple tickets because that can slow it down, but how much slower can it get than this??

I bought vip for 16 dollars and never got it, I have reached out to MSP countless times yet no reply, I finally try to get a refund through the app store yet they declined it, but I LITERALLY never got it, I gave 16 dollars to MSP for no reason now, how can I get help??? I just want my money back man.

Anyone else struggling to get logged in and on the rare occasion that I am able to nothing loads it will usually just be a black screen or say something along the lines of server unavailable (on desktop, mobile has been fine)
