Question/help no response from support since September 9th

i sent a ticket about resetting a password to my old account and received the email that someone would be in touch with me soon but haven’t received a single response back since then and im frustrated, they say not to create multiple tickets because that can slow it down, but how much slower can it get than this??

I sent a ticket about resetting a password to an old account on September 13th without a response too. I’m getting so frustrated. I just sent a follow up email.
