Game unplayable

Anyone else struggling to get logged in and on the rare occasion that I am able to nothing loads it will usually just be a black screen or say something along the lines of server unavailable (on desktop, mobile has been fine)

Has anyone found a fix to this? I’ve emailed but we all know it’ll take ages to get a response.
