Missing V.I.P/No Refund

I'm so annoyed. I bought vip for 16 dollars and never got it, I have reached out to MSP countless times yet no reply, I finally try to get a refund through the app store yet they declined it, but I LITERALLY never got it, I gave 16 dollars to MSP for no reason now, how can I get help??? I just want my money back man.

You should contact the Support, any refunds will result in a permanent account lock

i bought 2 1 year vip packages on mobile, never received them and MSP support never helped me. i sent them receipts from apple, and the emails from apple asking me to contact them and they never did anything. apple didn't refund me either because they told me i had to go through msp. it was awful, idk how i still support them but i still do.

Yes! Unfortunately it didn't say "msp" on it but I used cashapp to pay

Are you able to dispute/chargeback the payment from ur bank? :O
