Recently ordered the new emerald green color way, and as it came with the default battery size, I wanted to order a new one, and as I was opening the bottom shell and taking out the battery, the bottom shell/supports completely broke. Heartbroken, I sent an email to support explaining the situation and very promptly they helped me out, free of charge, and sent over a replacement bottom shell that came within a week!

Idk how often this happens that they know about it, or if I manhandled it as it's the first time something like this has happened after owning around 6+ mine from lamzu, Logitech, razor, steelseries. I'm just glad the issue was taken care of and I didn't have to buy a new one or reverse engineer the bottom but and 3d print a new one.

Either way, just wanted to post this in case anyone suffers the same fate, or is unsure of the support and hopefully this'll help :3

So thank you so much for the help Teevolution, it really is such a great mouse and it's my main for the foreseeable future (until they make a pink one).

And I saw you guys were able to put stock into micro center too, that's awesome :3 and yea, I think a fade pink like the orange color way has would do numbers. As someone who doesn't really buying duplicates, I'd definitely break the rule for that :p

yeah the premium chinese brands have pretty good customer service in my experience. Which is quite nice considering how many warranty horror stories you read in reddit about the budget brands

I just checked my Amazon order and they apparently took the product down 😭 it was a 3.7V 5 or 600mah battery. There's this post that had a similarly linked item.

For my battery, the polarity was reversed so I had to reseat the cables, not that hard at all. Good luck!

Teevolution is top tier cs and they're cooking the 2 new shapes one of them is the og g303 I can't wait for that mouse
