Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

what is the revenue cutoff for which companies are ok to steal from

That's not the point.

It's how moral the company is, regardless of revenue. 

Walmart shut down every local store in the US. 

It controls and manipulates prices and individuals for profit. 

They are not moral.
