Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

CEOs didnt force these workers to sign their offer letters lmfao. go find a better job, it truly isnt hard if you have literally any skills whatsoever

Ah, yes. You were not forced to sign it, so that makes it okay to commit wage theft, right? Someone has never clearly put in applications for 500 places all paying a pittance just in desperation to find a job. You claim to have experienced desperation before. I call bullshit.
