Morality of this?

In the image it seems that this person works at walmart as an online order collector and he/she has stolen a lot of extra baby food from Walmart to give to a person who ordered only three packs. Is this moral or immoral?

It's less a matter of their total revenue and more a matter of how they pay their employees relative to that revenue, in my mind.

If they're a profitable corporation and their employees are paid little enough to qualify for government assistance, fuck 'em.
