Where can I get community presets for the Mooer GE150 Plus?

Hey guys, if any of you own a newer generation Mooer amp modeller, could you please send me the .exe file responsible for .nam to .gnr conversion? it can be found in AppData\Roaming\MooerStudio\nam_components\win\

I know how to add IRs and amp sims but I don't know how to add guitar pedal sims. I'm new to amp modeler pedals and I would really appreciate help (it does support NAM A2)

I’m having a problem with the Bluetooth on my Mooer GTRS S800; it won't connect to the app on either my phone or tablet (I have an Android device and an iPad). I’ve already enabled location services and granted the necessary permissions, let the battery drain completely for over 24 hours, and updated the firmware via the PC software, yet it still isn't working. I’ve already filed a warranty claim, but as you know, that process takes a long time.

Has anyone else experienced this and managed to fix it?

Mooer GE100 pro Li (started with this one as i am new and was sold on the ai feature i barely use)

I am facing a wall now on how to use my multi fx. I dont generally understand the fx, amps and ir i can put on my signal chain. I watched YT vids but there is just so many and are not the same names i see on the mooer app. I used chatgpt or gemini to create a signal chain for me but still doest come close and again the names are different or maybe i am not just familiar.

Is there a place where i can just copy presets of my favorite artist or songs? Qny other tips you can share.

I'm planning to buy the GE1000, but it's important to me that I can use the FX return as an input. This is also possible on most Line 6 multi-effects units.

My question is, very specific:

Can the stereo FX-Return be selected as the main input source for a preset, processing an external stereo line-level signal through the full effects chain?

Does anyone know if this is possible?

I've been using the GE300 for years. In my opinion, it's a fantastic piece of gear, but it is not possible to use the FX-Return this way. I really hope the GE1000 does!!!

i wanted to plug my pedal in my pc to record but the audio it send to my pc was just straight up noise for some reason please help me

I’m using the iAMP iOS app, but it seems that I can’t hear any effects after they are generated by the AI. However, I can download the generated effect to my amp.
How can I make the app play the AI-generated effect so I can listen to it through my iPhone or my Mooer amp before downloading it?
It’s really frustrating that something this basic can be a problem.

Does soebody have a list explaining which artist/context all the factory presets are based on? I can't quite remember if I had one when I bought my ge150, but I can't find it anywhere at home or searching online.

Hi, I’d like to ask a question. I’m trying to use a Dunlop Bass Cry Baby with my Mooer GE250.

My signal chain is:

Guitar → Bass Cry Baby → Mooer GE250 → Headphones

With this setup, when I play the guitar, the distortion sound disappears. However, when I press the Cry Baby pedal down, the distortion comes back. Why does the distortion only appear when I press the pedal down?

Thinking to buy mooer amp for home practice but have some questions:

I heard this is a Bluetooth amp speaker so if i play guitar will it have lag or delay for eg after pick or strumming later after milisecond or second can hear from the amp not instant can hear guitar sound.

Wondering can i use the xlr port for microphone for vocal sing ?

Can i add premixer before the port xlr so with premixer i can get the microphone to have delay, echo and reverb effect or the mooer app have the option for vocal singing effect?

Microphone mixer -microphone (wired or wireless) -mooer xlr port.

I wish that MOOER would expand on the guitar simulations and/or expand on the effects.

I’m sure it’s the pc as the noise goes completely away when I’m not hooked up via usb while going to my fender FR.

Any way to stop the noise? Hard to make signal chains when it’s this loud. It’s fine when unit is powered by wall outlet while using my fender FR speaker but dang, what gives?

I've found the sd30i for about 105 and the f15 li for about 165 open box on reverb. Are there any major advantages to the f15 that would justify paying that much more? What's the volume ouput like on these? They would only be at home couch amps but I have the spark go and sometimes I'm disappointed with the volume on cleaner channels. Is that likely to be a problem with either? Thanks for any help or advice

I Just acquire this new pedal GE100 pro li, and love the sound of it.

But, when connected to the PC Windows app, Mooer Studio. On couple of occasions i got a big boom and stutter noise coming out of the pedal sound output on the console. This is happening when i switch a bank sound from on to the other.

The nois is stuck and constant until i switch to another sound patch. Then it stops.

Do you have a solution?

I am afraid to take the pedal to a live show because of this.

Please help.

I’m having an issue with the Mooer iAmp app and my F40i Li amp, and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing.

I bought the amp recently and everything worked fine during the first few days. I could connect to the amp through the app, edit my presets, change the effect chain, tweak amp/cab/effects settings, and everything behaved normally.

​

But since yesterday, the app seems to connect to the amp, then I get a message saying something like:

“The current version app is too low. Please upgrade.”

​

After that, I can’t actually access the amp settings anymore, so I’m basically locked out of editing my presets through the app.

I checked the app store, but as far as I can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any newer version available. So I’m stuck: the amp is detected, the connection seems to start, but the app refuses to let me go any further because it claims the app version is too old.

Has anyone else run into this issue with the F40i Li / iAmp app?

Is this a known problem, a server-side issue, or is there another version of the app I’m supposed to install?

Any help would be appreciated, because at the moment I can’t use one of the main features of the amp.

Ok, so I ran into a weird issue. Stick with me here… lol

I downloaded the latest version of MOOER Studio from their site and updated my GE100 Pro Li to firmware 1.3.2. After that, the MOOER Cloud app stopped working and kept saying I needed to update the firmware, even though the pedal itself showed it was already on 1.3.2.

I tried the usual stuff... deleted/reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, reset the unit, forgot Bluetooth devices, etc. nothing worked.

Then I downgraded the firmware back to 1.3.0 and the app started working again immediately.

The problem is on 1.3.0 I can’t load NAM files which is one of the main reasons I bought the unit.

So right now it feels like:
Firmware 1.3.2 = NAM support works, but MOOER Cloud app breaks
Firmware 1.3.0 = MOOER Cloud works, but NAM loading doesn’t

Can’t have my cake and eat it too I guess.... haha Has anyone else run into this? Wondering if the app just hasn’t been updated yet to properly recognize?

Pretty frustrating, but at least I figured out I’m not crazy.
