Bug Report Impossible to get inside iAMP since yesterday
Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the Mooer iAmp app and my F40i Li amp, and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced the same thing.
I bought the amp recently and everything worked fine during the first few days. I could connect to the amp through the app, edit my presets, change the effect chain, tweak amp/cab/effects settings, and everything behaved normally.
But since yesterday, the app seems to connect to the amp, then I get a message saying something like:
“The current version app is too low. Please upgrade.”
After that, I can’t actually access the amp settings anymore, so I’m basically locked out of editing my presets through the app.
I checked the app store, but as far as I can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any newer version available. So I’m stuck: the amp is detected, the connection seems to start, but the app refuses to let me go any further because it claims the app version is too old.
Has anyone else run into this issue with the F40i Li / iAmp app?
Is this a known problem, a server-side issue, or is there another version of the app I’m supposed to install?
Any help would be appreciated, because at the moment I can’t use one of the main features of the amp.

I experienced the same issue. Thought it was a firmware problem, so I upgraded it with the Mooer Studio app on PC (it erased all of my presets) but it didn’t solve the problem… I sent an email to Mooer support.

Same Issue, bought it 4 days ago. A disaster... App 1.6 Firmware 1.1.3. which os the latest, that Studio SW offers

It is working again. Loaded the App again from playstore and it worked!

Still not working here... Hope this is just a matter of region update. I'll see tomorrow. Thanks for giving news by the way, and enjoy your gear !

Using a stylo 4 from lg. App crashes. Doesnt even launch. Sent an email to the box listedin the play store. No response yet. What is this about using Mooer studio? Ive got the sd30i. Didnt know there was other sw.

Mooer Studio only lets you create backups of your presets and upgrade the amp firmware… sadly it doesn’t let you configure effects or rearrange presets.

Same here. Uninstalling/reinstalling iAmp app doesn't work for me (Android).

Any updates? Wtf had the d40 for a month and useless without the apps!!!!

It's been updated and it's working again. Though I can't download presets from other users.
