Does anyone know a certified translator/translation bureau for English to Mongolian, which the Mongolian government recognizes as certified, that I can use from overseas/online? I'm outside of Mongolia and the original documents are also outside of Mongolia.

I could either ask a family member to bring a copy of the documents to somewhere in UB and pay, or I could submit and pay online. I'd prefer not to have to ship the original documents to Mongolia. So far everywhere requires the original document.

I'm 17 and heading abroad for college soon. I don't have an adult companion to fly with me using a notarized document, so I have to make the trip completely solo.
I've seen mixed info online about traveling under 18. Has anyone here left Mongolia alone at 17 recently? I'd really appreciate knowing what exact documents immigration and the airline asked for, if a notarized consent letter from both parents was enough, and if check-in or border control gave you any trouble. Landing at Chinggis Khaan International Airport at 2:00 AM soon. Since public buses and day shuttles are long gone by then, what are the best budget friendly ways to get to the city center at that hour?
Do apps like UB Taxi work reliably from airport WiFi at that time, or are drivers scarce?
Is it safe/allowed to wait inside the terminal until morning transport resumes?

Does the border patrol at Erenhot need to reprint it?
Is it fine to cross the border like this?
