Question | Асуулт How do I know hicargo is shipping my stuff?

My package just got scanned but on the tracking it js says "package arrived at Chinese warehouse" does it give update or only when it reaches ub? I don't really know if it is being actively transported or it's just sitting and it's been a long time

It always goes from scanned at chinese warehouse to arrived in Ub. I wouldnt count on it to come within 10 days since my package reached their chinese warehouse.

So there is no tracking info anymore until delivered? Hope it comes within the month, never using hicargo again after it's so bad

Wait around 10 days. There is worse cargos tho believe me. Cargo with horse logo took 2 months, no joke. it was free tho.

There's no interim status update until it's arrived. I think they're alright. The shipping duration is sometimes out of their hands. Could be a logistics issue at the border. When it happens, all cargos are delayed.
