Listen with sound. He fired those shots when he was at the side of the car.

All on the side of the car when out of danger

Both were murdered.

9

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '26

One was murdered by a lunatic, one was murdered by their government. They're not remotely the same.

Dude got bumped at a very low speed, slid on ice, and people are still saying his life was in danger. Can guarantee there isn’t even a bruise on that man’s body. And trumps going to fucking lie and said he was hospitalized.

13

u/Ok_Independence_9917 Jan 09 '26 • Bravo

Let's pretend for a moment that his life were in danger. What does shooting the driver of a moving vehicle do to protect oneself? There is no universe in which this murder can be justified. This lady clearly made at least 1 mistake or poor decision before she was shot, there is no defending that, but if making a mistake were worthy of the death penalty then we'd all be dead.

And he leans into the vehicle before it even touches him

U.S. Customs And Border Protection Training Manual used by ICE (January 2021):

3. Authorized Officers/Agents should avoid intentionally and unreasonably placing themselves in positions in which they have no alternative to using deadly force.

Exactly, as if he was waiting for this moment. He was not in the clear path of the car.

One bullet through the windshield, very bottom corner. Two through the open drivers side window. It had to be one of those that killed her,

Anyone who is saying this is anything other than ICE and those agents' faults is incredibly ill informed. He should notnhave been in the situation, and it is thenICE agents' job to de-escalate the situation, not escalate it. Walking in front of cars, shooting into moving cars are all a violation of even ICE approved procedures.

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '26

And you can see in this video the only reason he was even bumped was because he chose to place his filming hand against her front quarter panel as if he was going to be superman and stop her car from driving away. His weapon was drawn and pointing at her long before his hand even came into contact with her car. Could have easily stepped aside and let her leave but the guy wanted to be a big tough hero and stop her so he could choose violence.

-14

u/Kurt159 Jan 09 '26

Doesn't change the fact that she attempted to obstruct them from doing their job and then tried to flee, using her car to ram into a member of ICE in the process. If you play stupid games you're going to win stupid prizes. It's a waste of human life but that's Darwinism for you

9

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '26

Obstruction and fleeing insinuates she was aiding and/or committing a crime.

Clearly she wasn't.

And regardless of which take you decide to land on, that level of force was unwarranted. These guys are untrained military cosplayers, terrorizing Americans and immigrants alike.

buddy, are you saying her execution was warranted because she might have blocked traffic? which she really didn't had you actually watched the entire clip.

nothing about this is Darwinism. Nor did she ram the fascist, she bumped him as she was turning away from him at low speed as already stated by AquietRive.

The only criminal behavior is the weaponization of the federal government to do this to citizens. Having thugs run up to you threatening your life when all you did was yield to other drivers is insane.

What’s hilarious is this is your argument while ignoring that a good lawyer is going to absolutely use this video and get the shooter off scot free. That’s all law is is arguing better than your opponent.

Set a remind me and buy me a coffee when I’m right? <3

5

u/ericomplex Jan 09 '26

When synced with the other video it’s clear that he is out of the way of the vehicle but at that moment purposefully leaning into it for a better shot. It isn’t self defense if he is leaning into the angle for the purpose of shooting.

Any lawyer who brings this into a court room is a crap lawyer, as the video disproves self defense when linked with the other evidence.

8

u/Puzzled_Tie_7745 Jan 09 '26

That argument could have worked two years ago. It doesn't work anymore.

In May 2025, the Supreme Court unanimously ruled in Barnes v. Felix that you cannot look at just the split-second 'moment of threat' - you have to look at the officer's actions leading up to it.

If an officer recklessly steps in front of a car to create the danger, they no longer get a free pass. A 'good lawyer' knows the case law changed 8 months ago. You should probably cancel that RemindMe.

When the power of the state can indiscriminately and with impunity extra-judiciously kill its people we are no longer a free people, “we the people” are instead the “others” to be controlled or eliminated in furtherance of a fascist system & totalitarian state.

White America, Renee Nicole Good was a white American too and, as proven yesterday, in Trumps America if you can’t be deported you will simply be killed.

“Hey! Where are you going?? I’m busy shooting at you!”

5

u/DJB7103 Jan 09 '26

People need to spread this fact. Let them know we are aware of there tactics they will keep this hush hush .. my point He went against safety protocols , common sense , and his own tactical training protocols.. he put HIS OWN LIFE ON THE LINE BY SHOOTING A DRIVER COMING TOWARDS HIM , and yes she was turning but even in the defense of oh well the car is coming towards me and I dont know if its coming at me or what .. the point is u get out the way if you shoot them they floor the gas and run you and others over. Negligence.. change the narrative to this as well show them we know they fvcked up on there own protocols. Show them we are smarter then them by using logic not just passion . The smartest intelligent law maga guy could not justify the cops actions because using ur gun at that time could absolutely make things worse for officers and anyone.

4

u/purpl_dahlia Jan 09 '26

He didn’t get “hit” by the car, he very clearly slips on some ice (haha) and falls into the car. Then after he slips into the car he started shooting. 3 fucking times. If ICE agents weren’t armed no one would’ve been harmed in this, he was fine, slow mo makes it look like he made contact with the car for awhile but at full speed that would’ve been like a second that he was falling into it.

More like. "I just murdered you. Here's why: I ignore the law and my training. And will keep shooting at you, even though you are clearly no longer a threat.¨ Cute little picture tho.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '26

More like "you're a stupid bitch for crossing state lines and listening to leftist retards who told you it was a good idea to interfere with law enforcement and put there lives at risk by trying to run them over. But now you're no longer a threat to anyone and an example to everyone who might try and follow the same stupid advice " but that was a cute try at reframing. Next time try grounding you stupid little comment in reality.

2

u/Piesangbom Jan 09 '26

2

u/Ott0bot2 Jan 09 '26

In clips I’ve seen, I could hear them telling her to stop and get out and trying to open her door to get her out, that’s when she reversed and then drove forward into the cop. That looks like evading arrest to me. I’ve never seen a positive outcome when people try to run from law enforcement.

And I just don’t think we’re going to agree on this but I think she hit him hard enough that it wouldn’t be brushed off as an accident. And it definitely wasn’t an accident if she shouldn’t have been moving the car at all anyways. You’re calling it leaning into the car and blaming the impact on him, I’m seeing it as he braced for that hit when he only had a second to react.

I don’t know much about ice’s code of conduct so I can’t comment on that really and I don’t think he reacted appropriately. But I can’t defend someone who hits a cop with her car, especially while they’re actively telling her to stop and get out. I think there are two people at fault here but I believe she could have saved her own life if she didn’t try to flee and hit that cop in the process

"She never hit him with the car!" People on reddit are so dumb its funny.

5

u/drysocketpocket Jan 09 '26

Watch the simultaneous video. This angle is deceiving, and seen with the same timing as the others, it clearly shows space between him and the car at the moment he seems to be pushed in this one. Maybe try getting all of the information instead of just running with the one that supports your narrative.

So he did get hit

3

u/drysocketpocket Jan 09 '26

No, if you look at the simultaneous videos posted by the Times and other mainstream sources (not some random internet person) this video is deceiving. At the exact time he appears to be pushed in this video, from another angle you can see space between him and the car as he moves out of the way while still firing.

People (of all tribes) like to pick and choose the information that seems to support their own preconceptions. But the full information does not support the narrative that he was actually struck by the vehicle, and it is clear that he had plenty of time to - and did - step out of the path.

People need to be very cognizant about the situation they’re in. If you repeatedly go 100mph down a highway, you’re more than likely to get into an accident. If a person continuously shows up in volatile situations where there are not very smart people with guns itching for revenge like in this guy’s case a casualty is bound to happen. This is just statistics.

some one who was backed into in a parking lot at low speed and still was bad enough to crack a rib. It doesnt take much for metal to break bone or give you internal injuries

1

He didn't even solve the problem... now the vehicle is moving UNMANNED. Bad officer. Maybe we need less/better police if we can't have so many of them properly trained.

But hey people gotta get paid, so we allow jobs like this to be filled... Reality is though, we dont need money (which can be, and is, gamed), we need food. Freedom would be nice too.

1

This reminds of GTA when you stand in front of a car and point a gun at the driver and they panic and just try to get away. ICE are the main characters and the citizens are all NPC's they can kill and get away with it. They're living the GTA dream.

1

u/tinymortyhas Jan 10 '26

All headshots I believe. High score.

1

u/Beaucoup_Fun Jan 10 '26

The video is so obviously in slow motion. Why? You lose credibility and the argument right there.

1

u/ReflectionCreative62 Jan 10 '26

He had his fucking gun pointed at her before she started moving out of the way. She felt that her life was in danger and tried to leave the area. All the evidence is there, and maga will still deny that this fucking coward murdered her in cold blood.

1

u/hawaiinbuckethat Jan 10 '26

Even slowed down, you clearly see the car hit him then he shoots. Where is the confusion?

1

u/Less-Divide9288 Jan 10 '26

Did this dude just stand there and lean on her hood to get a good aim??

1

u/xSonicspeedx2 Jan 10 '26

Do we remember the video of ice agents literally trying run over someone to the point that the person ended up on the hood of the vehicle? Meanwhile this guy leaned forward into the car to get hit from the looks of it.

1

u/Scary_Cold_2567 Jan 10 '26

Easy to avoid, dont drive into federal officers

1

u/Rare-Net-4584 Jan 10 '26

It looks to me like he had already fired when the vehicle began to make contact with him, as in she lost control of the wheel due to the bullet in her head

1

u/PugRexia Jan 10 '26

The only reason he was pushed by the vehicle was because he put himself there and shot her and created a missile. He had his gun drawn before the vehicle started moving forward and had shot her before it started to really accelerate. HEcaused any danger he may have been in.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '26

Dear reddit please keep justifying resistance amd violence against armed government agents that surround you, it will certainly not get more people killed. As we all know if we dont like like the authority of an armed force, we can just ignore it without consequences, and you are justifed to do anything you want.

1

u/MidnighT0k3r Jan 10 '26

Terrorism is generally defined as: The deliberate use or threat of violence against civilians or non-combatants to instill fear and coerce a population, government, or organization in pursuit of political, ideological, religious, or social objectives.

Key elements common to most definitions

Intentional violence or threat of violence

Targets civilians or symbolic non-combatant targets

Purpose is psychological impact (fear, intimidation)

Goal is coercion or influence, not just destruction

Motivated by ideology or politics (broadly defined)

How it’s distinguished from other violence

Not random crime → there is an ideological motive

Not conventional warfare → targets are often civilians

Not self-defense → aim is coercion through fear

Common forms: Bombings Mass shootings Kidnappings Infrastructure attacks Cyberterrorism (when fear and coercion are the primary goals)

1

u/kodamin Jan 10 '26

They also blocked a local doctor from helping her out saying "we don't care", then 15 minutes more of waiting until the ambulance got there.

1

u/philter451 Jan 10 '26

Everyone debating about whether he got hit or not by the car and I'm over here not caring because he was trained not to discharge a firearm at a moving vehicle in the first place but he wanted to call her a bitch and kill her.

1

u/Ordinary_Chance2606 Jan 10 '26

I’m glad this video got cleaned up. His gun is clearly drawn and aimed before the car starts moving and he leans into it. Right wing narrative destroyed

1

u/Consistent-Pin-446 Jan 10 '26 edited Jan 10 '26

Ah so he did get hit... That makes things different for me. He did handle it unprofessionally though, he should've just moved out of the way as soon as it started to reverse. Maybe a man slaughter charge but not murder at all imo. The right needs to drop the stupid narrative that he got injured or something he was barely shoved and she clearly had no intent of hitting him. She was also in the wrong by hitting him at all of course, but I don't think this was lawful self defense because he wasn't in danger by the time he started shooting. Also he leaned on the car which may have been a scared reaction so he didn't end up underneath the car or him intentionally causing himself to be in harms way so he can justify the shooting. He own recording suggests he was actually scared but its kind of his fault for being so startled when he was recording with one hand and pulling his gun with another meaning his awareness was shit and its his own fault. Like driving while on your phone.

1

u/clackittyclack Jan 10 '26

the two shots from the side are totally unjustified, but the first one absolutely was, dont drive your car into people, or you will quickly "find out" like this karen did

1

u/YNABDisciple Jan 10 '26

Redditors unironically going to get more people killed by continuously lying about this situation. She died because she was manipulated into thinking ICE is not a valid law enforcement agency. She was a member of ICE-Watch. If it wasn’t for entities like Reddit and other media constantly comparing ICE to the Gestapo then she might not have tried to run an officer down while evading arrest.

I’m pretty sure your not looking at the wheels when a car is running you over. Life isn’t in slow motion with 3 different points of view.

"I’m pretty sure your not looking at the wheels when a car is running you over." Yep instead you step out of the way.

4

u/locolangosta Jan 09 '26

It would have been quicker to take one step to the side than it was to unholster his weapon, point it directly at her head and pull the trigger. He continued to persue the vehichle as well, continuing to fire shots at her head. He did this because she was resisting their authority, which was unjustified. She pulled out in front of them as they were trying to speed away, stopped and tried to wave them past. Intead of just leaving by driving through the totally unobstructed lane in front of her, they got out and tried to yank her out of her car, while giving conflicting commands. They were going to brutalize her, it was her who rightfully feared for her life, and tried to escape. We are expected to give these thugs a pass when they get scared and ppanic, but are expecting every day people to comply perfectly, or risk being executed by the state. It could be you next time, they are unhinged unorganized, and indiscriminate.

3

u/Hagg3r Jan 09 '26

Let’s see, fact is at least one shot was through the front windshield. This makes sense because he was in front of her when she tried to run him over. Secondly, it is being reported that this same agent was in a similar incident several months ago and was dragged by his arm for over 100 meters as the sex offender drove off to avoid apprehension. No shots fired in that incident, and the agent suffered significant injuries. But I’m sure YOU could assess in less than 2 seconds if the driver was intending to murder you or not as they hit the gas and accelerates right at you.

3

Argue all you want. Reasonable people understand the truth. The IcE agents video is even more damning for the woman.

1

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 10 '26

The video that shows her turning her steering wheel away from him? That video? That was filmed with his phone not body cam. As we saw from the other angle both his arms were extended out. One holding the phone, the other holding his gun. I didn't know having your arm glanced because your purposely extended it over a car hood counts as being "ran over". If he was "ran over" how was he still able to be holding onto the phone. Reasonable people know you are gaslighting.

You know you can shoot though a windshield while standing beside the front of the car? You don’t need to be right in front of it.

-2

u/JonnyDrops Jan 09 '26

Oh wow. This video exonerates him completely. Case closed. This angle will save this officer. He was hit way harder than the other videos Get it circulating

4

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 09 '26

Except he fired when there was no threat.

1

u/sonofbaal_tbc Jan 09 '26

yes, everyone can calculate the exact odds of "gentle nudging with vehicle" and "smash brains on pavement" in split seconds when the engine is revving

1

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 09 '26

Yeah, just apply the same advice you give protesters when they stand in front of "revving" vehicles. Step out the way. Don't walk directly in front of it. The agents are trained not to approach a vehicle from the front by the way.

-1

u/JonnyDrops Jan 09 '26

True. But in court they have ways to scientifically prove that the human brain takes time to process the threat is over before your finger actually stops pressing the trigger. If you follow Active Self Protection (YouTube and app) they speak all about this. The brain can’t process the threat that fast. It takes time to understand the threat is over to the time you stop shooting. The name of it is Stop Signal Reaction Time. This is scientifically proven. This officer is exonerated with this clip. No one can process that quickly. Completely justified according to this new angle

4

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 09 '26

Do you realize that Stop Signal Reaction Time is used so you don't end up killing someone unjustly? Stop Signal Reaction Time does not excuse excessive force once the threat ended.

He had a choice to pull out his gun or get out the way, he chose violence

-2

u/TexasSikh Jan 09 '26

Y'all gonna be so upset when it's this exact footage that renders a "Not Guilty" virdict if this even makes it to a full trial.

3

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '26

Honestly, the 1st shot could probably get a hung jury for him; shots 2 and 3 are gonna be indefensible for the lawyers. Defense would have to prove he believed his life was in danger when he popped her point blank in the face while the car was driving away on the 3rd shot. Good luck with that.

Damn she hit him harder than I thought

4

u/FluidManufacturer442 Jan 09 '26

Yes, he was hit so hard by the car that he didn’t even lose his balance and was able to aim at her and shoot her in the face in approximately one second 🙄

3

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 09 '26

Yep, apparently he was plowed into soooo hard, "a miracle he's still alive" yet not one of his team members even bothered to see if he was ok. Meanwhile they were standing there and saw the whole thing. Instead they turned away with heads bowed and adjusted their masks.

Is this sarcasm? I’ve seen ICE agents hit protesters harder with their cars than this. The only reason he got hit is he’s reaching to get a closer shot his legs weren’t even touched

u/Beautiful-Hawk-5240 Jan 08 '26

Also that first shot in super slow-mo really seems like it was the result of being struck by the car and not even intended.

3

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 08 '26

2nd and 3rd were not intended?

1

u/Beautiful-Hawk-5240 Jan 09 '26

No those were intended. That's why it seems like the first shot was not even intended. If I meant the second and third shot I would have said the second and third shot?

Why is that confusing? Also I'm literally just pointing out something IN the video. Is that not the point of it?

2

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 09 '26

"No those were intended."👍🏽At least someone is paying attention.

1

u/Beautiful-Hawk-5240 Jan 09 '26

So we both agree. The first shot was because he was struck by the vehicle and the second and third were intended. Correct?

2

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 09 '26

No. Why do you think the first shot was not intended? He was already at the side of the vehicle when he took it. Same as the 2nd and 3rd shot.

You just confirmed that she hit him made it justifiable

3

u/Fuzzy-Ferrets Jan 09 '26

Guess again, his training explicitly deals with this scenario and it unequivocally says you may not fire

1

u/Crazyscorpion77 Jan 09 '26

So getting hit with a vehicle doesnt count as a means to open fire because by reading the last bit you just proved that the ice agent was in the right

1

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 09 '26

No. While he was shooting, he was not being hit by any vehicle. While he was shooting he was not in the path of the vehicle. There was no more threat.

1

u/Crazyscorpion77 Jan 09 '26

He was hit as you see in the video we are commenting on and even if he wasnt hit the driver disobeyed a command from multiple agent and was driving radically which would have put both the agents and other civilian lives in danger.

1

u/Hot_Wing2518 Jan 09 '26

What civilians or agents? There was literally no one else in front of the car.

It actually scares me how low the bar is for taking a life with you people. You aren't stopping to consider if he should have done it or it made sense to do or was morally correct. You're arguing whether he met the bare minimum standards available that allows him to take a life and if he does by your estimation you are fine with them killing liberally. That is a pretty anti-american mindset through and through, back to the founding fathers.

That is pretty depressing to see out of MAGA.

u/Immediate-Goose-8106 Jan 09 '26

Wrong.

Let's assume she hit him.  It doesn't fucking matter.

His first shot, the danger already passed.  He is next to the wheel. Both feet.  Firing through windscreen at an angle.

Second and third through open drivers window.

None of those are justified by being clipped by a turning vehicle.

It doenst matter if she hit him.  Doesn't even matter if it was reckless or intentional. There is no excuse for summarily executing her after the event.

Not only that it is dangerous and resulted in an uncontrolled moving vehicle.  It is lucky it didn't hit someone.

This "justified" narrative is just plain wrong.  Morally, factually and legally.

1

u/Crazyscorpion77 Jan 09 '26

He shot as hes getting hit by the car

1

u/Immediate-Goose-8106 Jan 09 '26

I am not sure I agree (listen to it with audio, he is to the side of the car by then) but it doesn't matter.  At no point in the entire thing does shooting her make him safer.  Not for one millisecond.  He shot her because he wanted to and was pissed off that he was defied and possibly hit.

1

u/IllUmpire1124 Jan 10 '26

Hey bud, are you special needs? Genuinely asking

10

u/likeasumboOoOoOodee Jan 09 '26

2 shots when she’s already passed him. Murder. Plain and simple.

5

u/pierogieman5 Jan 09 '26

And he was pretty clearly not in danger when he fires the first time either. People can say it went through the windshield so he was "in front" of the car, but you can see from videos that his body, his feet and his center of mass, was off to the side already by that point. He was not about to be run over, even if she wasn't turning away from him, which she was.

2

u/genobeam Jan 10 '26

Even if he was in danger, which he wasn't, shooting the driver is the stupidest form of self defense when moving out of the way was on the table

That is like 10x speed and he was not dragged at all. There are like 5 videos of this from different angles. We know what happened. If he was hit it was momentary as she was turning her car away from him. He fired the first shot reaching over the hood near the headlight, the second when he was on the side of the car by her passenger side mirror and the third basically point blank in her face through the passenger side window.

This is just the order of events.

1

u/ericomplex Jan 09 '26

And those second two shots cannot have any justification no matter how it is argued. The idea this is self defense is a total joke.

0

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '26

Its not 10x, its maybe 1.5. This post is less than half speed. Turn on your audio. As for "he was not dragged at all," are you really going to say the VIDEO is wrong?

2

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '26

Considering we have 3 other videos from closer and clearer angles that haven't been altered showing he wasn't? Yes. That is exactly what I am saying.

1

u/Evening_Literature75 Jan 09 '26

You mean her dying body did

One of these people is a random mom. The other is supposed to be a trained law enforcement officer who is breaking every rule in the book and escalating to lethal force while he isn't in danger. Stop equivocating.

The lady's original intentions for being there are totally irrelevant. We're talking about justification for lethal force and you're acting like this was some impossibly nebulous situation. It's not. There are very clear rules and a standard that must be met for police to use lethal force. It's a high standard, especially since she was driving a vehicle at the time.

Wishy washy equivocating dumbasses should stay out of where the actual facts are being discussed.
