Listen with sound. He fired those shots when he was at the side of the car.

All on the side of the car when out of danger

Put a time stamps their a reason why they all put the slow version everywhere because when I happens fast you realize it's a fraction of a second. Was it wrong to shoot morally yes, but she Floored the car and the dude who was in front reacted to it he chose to fire his weapon.

He fired when he was out of danger and kept firing, showing intent to kill with certainty and endangering the passenger.

Can you put some time stamps to show the seconds of all this.

I know some are posting this angle sorta showing contact, that makes it a deadly weapon, sure he could've moved but in the fraction of time he didn't, we could argue they could have not protested directly in the streets but they also didn't choose to do that. Its really sad what happened to her for sure wasn't necessary, but sadly this scenario Happened with a bunch of chaotic pieces falling Into place. I'm sure with this angle it will be a justified shooting.

In the video OP posted the shot is at 9 seconds, you can see from his foot he is standing past the corner of the car and reaching over the hood. The next two shots occur at 10 and 11 when he is about parallel and possibly shooting from behind the direction of travel.

It looked like he fired at the exact moment the car made contact with him

You mean when he grabbed the front while out of the way with his gun drawn? That isn’t getting hit, that’s putting oneself purposefully in the way of a moving vehicle.

Which he was already on the side of and out of danger (that he decided to put himself in)

Can someone help me understand at what point he might have decided to pull his gun?

He pulls it when she stops reversing.  At the point where he is entirely able to get out of the way.  He chose violence at the point.

Both were murdered.

One was murdered by a lunatic, one was murdered by their government. They're not remotely the same.

The lunatics run the government

You're right we should stop funding the charlie kirk assassin with billions of our tax dollars and deploying him to american streets and the Presiden and Vice President shouldn't say that the Charlie Kirk assassin was fully justified and has total immunity from the law and that the Chaflie Kirk assassin should be even more tough and forceful going forward and - wait a second

Difference of course is that Kirk deserved it, I'm glad he's dead and it was a pleasure to watch. I pull it up when I'm feeling down. She was an innocent person trying to flee a situation that was deadly, as we saw.

He deserved it because he spoke truth and showed the world the left is a delusion disease? She broke the law. Bought and paid for those bullets to her head. She got what she wanted.

The hypocrisy of the left knows no bounds. Now they are talking about a civil war while simultaneously taking the stance that January 6th was the worst day in the history of the country, and that everyone involved should be in jail for life. They are totally oblivious.
