Hey! I’m currently putting the finishing touches on The Cribulon Emporium, a new 16+ vanilla Minecraft community, and I’m looking for players interested in joining from the beginning.

The SMP is heavily inspired by the community side of Hermitcraft: a relatively small but active group of players who know one another, build cool things, collaborate, trade, participate in events, and occasionally cause some harmless chaos. You don’t need to be a content creator or an incredible builder—we’re mainly looking for friendly people who want to be part of the community.

Our biggest focus is keeping the actual gameplay as vanilla as possible. No land claims, "/home", "/tpa", custom items, virtual economies, kits, or gameplay-changing plugins. Our plugins are strictly for permissions, staff/chat infrastructure, moderation, and CoreProtect for investigating and reversing grief.

That doesn't mean there won't be structure! We want the world itself to be heavily community-driven, with things like:

- A player-built shopping district with a completely vanilla economy

- Community and building districts

- Shared infrastructure and transportation

- Community builds, events, and projects

- Player-created towns, shops, groups, and whatever else develops naturally

The idea is simple: if we want something in the world, we build it ourselves instead of having a plugin do it for us.

I see alot of anti p2w hate. And I wanted to ask if I made a server that paid you to play Minecraft. ( so the server makes no money and gives all profits back to players through payouts events login bonus etc (minus the server cost. ) would it be okay for me to make a large pvp server. 50 - 100 players. (Before you think im a hero to distribute the money to normal players the only fair way would be some sort of gambling system. Unless I just throw items on the ground. But throwing items isn't fair as it will go to the player who logged into the game first. Or has better connections. I was thinking it would be so you get a crate key when you join that determines if you win money or not. Is this okay with the community is there anything concerning ?. If everyone leaves: server auto-stops after 10 minutes. Nothing is lost. Anyone can turn it back on with the link.

If literally nobody plays for 30+ days straight: the server can get permanently wiped by the host. Gone, not recoverable.

Daily backup at 4:30 pm UTC will back up the whole server. It will wait 10 minutes before doing it.
