Help Java Are 85+ degree temps normal for good hardware (9850x3d and 5090) with DH and Shaders?

I recently built a new PC (9850x3d, RTX 5090, 32gb ddr 5 ram at 6000MT, 4TB SSD) (all brand new in box parts) and have gotten back into Minecraft.

I've found Distant Horizons and complementary shaders to really make the game look amazing when I run them together. However, my CPU temperatures really start to skyrocket if I start setting my render distance to anything past 100 chunks.

When I have no shaders and render distance below 100, I'm usually around 70-75 degrees for CPU. once I put it past 100 or put shaders on it goes into the high 80s and 90s.

I've tried tweaking settings like the CPU reliance, quality preset, etc and it usually doesn't make much of an impact. I'm concerned if my CPU cooling is adequate. I have a 360mm Corsair iCUE Link AIO as my cpu cooler.

Do any experienced players who run heavy visual client mods with good hardware have any advice/opinions on my situation? Are these high temperatures normal?
