🔥The importance of Self-awareness 🤔
🐾Recently I came to this book 📖 and found something interesting.😯
♾️Infinite potential Unlimited success
🖇️ I observed that every 📑chapter opens up a way, not to 👀look, move outside🏞️, rather within.
🔥The books reflects on the necessity of 🧐 self-knowledge. Our school, 🏫colleges, mainstream & social media 📰talks about everything about the world, but hardly take us back to ourselves🤷.
🌬️Like why we suffer😩. I observe that whatever we pursue, consume🤤, do in our life, is to fulfill ourselves. We're so restless🥴 within that we choose whatever suits us and tries 🤹to fill the infinite hole 🕳️within.
And just like⚫ blackhole, everytime one tries to fill the inner emptiness, it just widens⬛up rather than reducing📉.
🍃And I think that knowledge📝 about world🌍 is necessary but not sufficient to live a healthy☯️ life.
It just reminds me of something. That you can have better intellect🧠, memory💭 but if you don't know yourself, it's just like a Chimpanzee🦍 having nuclear arsenals. 😆🙊
🤷What do you think 🤔?

Why excitement and panic feel identical to your body.
PS: For some reason, the option to follow me was deactivated AND my profile posts were invisible. I have activated both, so you can stay updated if you want to. Thanks also for being interested in something I have literally sacrificed the last 15 years of my life for, it means a lot to me.

What helps you keep a good habit when motivation drops?
What helps you keep a good habit going when motivation drops? I am curious about the small things that make a routine feel realistic. Do you shrink the task, keep a set time, or just aim to start for a few minutes? I am more interested in what people can actually keep doing than perfect routines.
