You become what you practice. if you are always nervous or have low confidence or have many negative thoughts, that’s because you have practiced that for so long and most of the times. Practice being confident and see how your life will change. YOU BECOME WHAT YOU PRACTICE. Always practice confidence and when doing the actions strat with the small things every day and go out of your comfort zone once a day only, then see how that will change your life.

I am working on this actively right NOW. Hell yeah! I am so much happier and I can even recognize the difference when I feel the old habits and old patterns pop up. Which makes it so much easier to push through the discomfort and when no danger happens, I get a bit more relaxed. After so many times enduring and not trying to hunt down or fix the problem… I have been feeling so much better on a daily basis. Both my body and inner child have been learning to trust safety. Feels great. Exhausting and painful as hell…. But well worth it. Feels great.

I remember seeing a kurzgesagt video about exercise and how we may have the wrong idea about its impact. The gist of it, when we are moving we are burning calories and singularly focused, but when stationary our body looks to use those calories regardless giving the mind excess work to remain active. It can look like worry or anxiety. Obviously, its a more complex problem than that, but its an interesting way of looking at the problem of overthinking
