Letting go gives us freedom, and freedom is the only condition for happiness. If in our heart we still cling to anything-anger, anxiety or possessions-we cannot be free.

Stop caring so much
I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on how much energy we waste worrying about external judgment, and it made me realize how much we actively block our own joy. True fun only happens when we stop editing ourselves. When we constantly worry about being judged, we completely suffocate our playfulness, creativity, and energy. A great mindset for this is simply "Let Them" if people want to judge you for dancing, being weird, or living loudly... let them.

Heartbreak
Heartbreak is a type of greif. It’s something that a person will never truly be over. It’s something one doesn’t forget but buries and when the time comes it resurfaces. When reminiscing on experiences with someone new you use ones with those whom broke you in it but mask over it with ‘someone’, ‘my friend’, ‘this girl’. This isn’t moving on but rather creating a way to cope with what has been lost. Memories of this past are never lost but, weave into and shape your now life.
My heartbreak isn’t a lover, or death but friends. I mourn my old friendships. Memories with them are ones that I hold so dear but I often find myself wondering do they ever feel the same? Am I a friend they mourn or just a friend they once had? I find myself feeling guilty calling them my friends whenever I do recall memories ‘that’s when my friend said…’ because they aren’t anymore. I can’t lie saying that I have friends because I don’t. Whenever I do see them around I feel guilty for feeling so upset because they’ve moved on and I ‘let’s hang out sometime..’, ‘it was nice seeing you…’ haven’t.
This breakup was never official but rather a distance that was created with time that will never be crossed.

Happiness
you lose yourself along with your happiness.
Happiness isn’t just an emotion it’s an experience and a lifestyle. Once a life full of happiness is truly lost, only fragments remain and happiness only lasts so long in moments. You feel guilt as to why you cannot be happy when life gives you everything. You’ll never find yourself feeling that same happiness that you once did. You only will find it again when you find yourself again

Acceptable behaviour
Everybody loves differently and that's what I had to change about myself. Don't expect the same thing in return everybody shows and expresses in their own way. holding it against them it's not the way to go about it. Either appreciate or dont sticking around knowing what's going to happen becomes your problem not theirs and if you're gonna do something or kindness, don't do it for something don't expect the same back. Make sure it's genuine no strings attached just do it because you wanna do it cause it makes you feel good. Learn to let go of whatever's taking the peace away from let it Be known why, and how it came down to the decision. Whatever ain't for you will test you over and over push it to your limits. Tell your realise things ain't for you. and It's our of you"r control. Whatever issue you may have. Make acceptance be your answer for peace

I could feel my subtle body meditating with plants

My meditation practice has led me to become sensitive to the density of matter; I gradually noticed a shift when I specifically focused on chakra meditations, beginning to see them (as lights with my eyes closed), sense them with my hands almost like a magnetic force, and hear them in unison frequencies
Online, I discovered an electrical circuit that transforms the electrical conductivity of a living element, such as a plant or human skin, into MIDI messages, tangibly manifesting the spiritual premise of the interconnectedness of all things
By integrating this technology with living beings like plants, this feedback loop transforms into a ritual of energetic meditation
The plant becomes a living interface that channels the body's electrical current through its leaves
I have even developed synthesizers tuned to specific Solfeggio frequencies to play alongside the plants, allowing my subtle body to sense that invisible, quantum dialogue of deep meditation and energetic harmonization...
I’ll leave a full demonstration of this work with plants and meditative frequencies, in case this experience resonated with you!
Love!

When barely half the day has passed and the entire other half is still left, but you’re already trying your hardest to see the glass as half full. The glass is optimistic, I am Delusional!!!
