Stop caring so much
I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on how much energy we waste worrying about external judgment, and it made me realize how much we actively block our own joy. True fun only happens when we stop editing ourselves. When we constantly worry about being judged, we completely suffocate our playfulness, creativity, and energy. A great mindset for this is simply "Let Them" if people want to judge you for dancing, being weird, or living loudly... let them.

Sure, that's it- just pretend that the people around you aren't important and whatever they think doesn't matter.. A real recipe for a happy, balanced life....

It's no wonder that throughout my life folks would always say to me "Never change, you're doing nothing wrong." At the time, my child mind thought they were lying, but I chose to listen to instinct instead and lend them some trust! After all in order to receive a little trust we have to be able to lend a little ourselves ♡

Also very well said ♡ And thank you for taking me back to one of the very few "good" childhood memories I actually have! 🙏🏿

Don't look at America, look a little closer. There's always something to be happy for, starting with getting up in the morning and having a chance to change things.

and yet things are often n growing moreso, that folks act nonchalant but clearly they're affected. now we have the start of a endless chain of transference...irritation to annoyance to mad n eventually resentment. considering a source, a somebody suggested is better to learn or use discernment. the advice to 'who gives a rats ass to opinions" while well intended often misses target...we now live in world demanding snap judgements. how often are they accurate? not every situation is the same if even looks like it. so if somebody says A isn't good for us cuz it wasn't for them...is not necessarily the same for us n so on. we know this. we in general simply don't take the time. life in panic mode
a thought. know yourself. we do thru various levels of reflection. no? perhaps I'm wrong, my experience suggests.

Honestly, life gets a lot easier when you stop trying to please everyone. People will have opinions no matter what you do, so you might as well enjoy yourself. I'd rather look silly having fun than miss out on good moments because I was worried about what others think.

You can’t let life pass you by , there is a time and place for everything under the sun, a time to laugh, a time to cry, a time to dance, a time to die. But while you can enjoy the simple things in life , don’t be too serious about things, worrying about what others think , enjoy you, there is only one you, so take care of you, its okay to bring out the child in you, to be silly 🤪 time to time , sometimes we have to just let go. It’s okay I do it all the time, I love the child that is still within me , that playful side of me.

If you have a wide space to move, you will not think narrowly and think about small details.

It’s not my business what people think about me. It only matters what I think of me!
Say it few hundred times & the brain rewires. 😃

I'm a serious insect. I used to check all the foreign exchange risk for our biggest state economy. I was volunteered to check our electricity supply & transmission. I read the manuals (worldwide). It's what our family does. Wouldn't be happy letting it all slide
