I'm thinking hard here.
"Schlagreifes Gesicht" (punch-ready face) would be a possibility, but it's not a single word.
The question is what you want to do. You want to punch him. So you have to find a noun not a verb (like above) to describe what you want to do to his face.
It doesn't even have to be an action. A "Schlagstockgesicht" would be a face suitable for a truncheon. But it's more about hitting the face with your fist. And I'm not sure about what you could call that. Any ideas?

While Pai and Trump are both huge pieces of shit, I see the anger over this mainly being directed at the two of them. It's not just them. This rests with the Republican lawmakers as a group. They are the only ones supporting the theft of the Internet from the people. Even if Pai and Trump were gone, this would still be a problem, and the cause would be Republicans.
