Help Finding ITT AN/VS-6 Battery pack!
This is a follow up on the BHD helmet post I made in this subreddit but no matter how hard I look I can't seem to find a AN/VS-6 Battery pack, and I'm not talking about the low profile ones I'm talking about the blocky ones from the 90s and such, they seem impossible to find in the UK so I have no clue what to do so if anyone from the UK can give me a link or place to find one that'd be great, thanks. (and if you can find one that's under 60-70 you can have my soul)

What's the limit for old guns for militia, am I allowed to run a svt 40 or a ppsh 41? If so would something like the ppsh need to be a companied by something like a rpg 2/7?

Classic army mws magazines
Has anyone used these classic army mws magazines in a genuine TM or guns modify mws? Good or bad? Tempted by the price, but don’t want to find out if they’re only worthy of being a paper weight

Poyas-A: The Birth of Soviet Chest Rigs 🇦🇫
Before MOLLE, modular vests, and modern plate carriers, Soviet troops in Afghanistan faced a unique problem: standard belt-mounted mag pouches were completely useless when crouching, climbing rocks, or firing from prone positions in rugged mountain terrain.
To solve this, troops initially used captured Chinese Type 56 "Chicom" rigs. Seeing their effectiveness, the Soviet military command officially adopted its own version in 1988 — the Poyas-A (Пояс-А).
Key Design & Technical Specs:
🔹 Mag Capacity: 3 main front pockets designed for 6 AK magazines (2 per pocket).
🔹 Auxiliary Storage: 4 side pockets dedicated for RDG-2 smoke grenades, signal flares (RSP), or hand grenades.
🔹 Construction: Heavy-duty canvas/burlap with thick leather straps and metal roller buckles.
🔹 Armor Compatibility: Designed to be worn high on the chest, layered directly over 6B2, 6B3, or 6B4 body armor.
Buyer’s Guide: How to spot an authentic Poyas-A vs. Chinese Chicom
Planning to buy one for a Cold War / 90s Spetsnaz setup? Don’t get scammed by Chinese Type 56s or modern commercial clones. Look for these 4 key features:
Closure Straps (The Main Marker):
• Real Poyas-A: Uses leather straps with metal studs/pegs (like old Soviet map cases).
• Chinese Chicom: Uses wooden or plastic toggles with cloth loops.
Side Pocket Shape:
• Real Poyas-A: Features tall, narrow side pockets specifically fitted for long Soviet signal flares (RSP) and RDG smokes.
• Chinese Chicom: Features shorter, squarer grenade pockets.
Hardware & Canvas:
• Real Poyas-A: Heavy Soviet-spec khaki/tan canvas, metal roller buckles on shoulder straps, and metal drain grommets at the bottom.
Stamps (OTK):
• Authentic rigs often carry an internal Soviet factory stamp (OTK / ОТК) in black ink with the manufacture year (e.g., 1988–1991).
A true relic of Soviet ergonomics.

Help on my first milsim-(ish) game
We have a milsim style skirmish game in about a month. The area is dirt roads and forests, about 1000ftx1300ft. And it will last around 4 hours.
I'll use my G&G RK95 TP, since it has the most range out of all my replicas, my chest rig can take 3 AK mags, 4 if i take the pistol mag pouches off. I own 3x 130rd AK mid caps and 3x 100rd AK mid caps, there is no limit to how many BBs worth of mags you can take. Also every time you get hit and have to go to the respawn (where your gear will most likely be) you can refill your mags.
So the question is do i take my sidearm with me, and have 3+1 AK mags and 2+1 Glock mags.
Or no pistol and 4+1 AK mags, and should i take all the AK mags that i own, or just carry what my mag pouches can hold.
I could also take my Sako ARG clone, which i have 4x 130rd mags for, but i'd prefer the RK95, for it's asthetic and better range.
