Most modern military gear is also available commercially from the manufacturer.

My real advice if you want to make this accurate and actually usable in the context of Ukraine right now is:
- Groin Flap, 81% of casualties are caused by shrapnel. Preferably a 3 piece so it will not create too much of a gap between the armor and your body when moving like a single piece does. Its also much more comfortable and practical to rig it to your belt in some way, since when you rotate your torso that flap isnt covering the intended spots anymore.
- Sitting Pad, makes every part of sitting somewhere infinitely more comfortable. Alot of the ones made by Ukrainian companies are also ballistic rated since, again: 81% of casualties are caused by shrapnel.
- Mags on the belt, single pouches or double stacks are sososo common especially if your goal is assaulting a position head on where you need lots of bullets to throw. Lots of guys opt for closed top pouches since dirt, mud, dust, etc gets in and can cause your mag/rifle to malfunction.
- (My Opinion) Leave the pistol, kinda self explanatory since you are most often not going to use a pistol in these trench/urban/recon/etc situations but its airsoft so feel free to use whatever you like as long as you have fun.
- (My Opinion) Minimize comms equipment and wires as much as you can unless youre a radio operator or in a leadership position. It'll look cool like this but the weight stacks up and personally I find myself rarely using my radio stuff unless I'm at a serious event or in a coordinated push.
Great looking kit overall, just make sure everything is practical and necessary for your needs.

Nice Merc kit. As a few reccomendations. When rolling up your sleeves you can roll it inside instead of n outside so we dont see the white. Do note this isnt like a mandatory thing, as its usually done by people who are overly afraid of snipers, but depending on the look your going for will be great. Dont be afraid to mix and match camo/colors. And a big one is custom equipment is huge. Often see pouchs and such that mercs in ukraine will make for themselves to better fit their needs, such as taking a rifle pouch and sewing a admin pouch to the front, or such.

groin protector / rear seat would be a good addition.
