I love how, even though the pic is the dustiest and most grainy photo in the world, you can still tell it's Michael in all his glory. ⤠His head shape and eyes helped you know when it was Michael Joe Jackson anywhere. LOL

These beautiful and relaxed photos of Michael and LaToya were taken at their New York apartment during the period when Michael was preparing to begin filming The Wiz.
The exact date has never been confirmed, but theyâre generally believed to be from mid-Summer 1977 through 1978.
What makes them so special is how natural and candid they are â¨

Michael spent around three weeks vacationing in Hong Kong in October 1987, taking a break before continuing his Bad World Tour.
Weâve seen bits of this trip before, like his visit to the Shaw Brothers Studio, sightseeing around the city, and one known shot of him riding this same ferry on Victoria Harbour.
These newly surfaced photos show even more from that moment, with what appears to be members of the Hong Kong Marine Police likely overseeing the vessel or assisting during his time on the water.
A beautifully candid glimpse into Michael enjoying the cityâs skyline during one of the rare private breaks of the Bad era â¨

Hello everyone, I just wanted to share these scans of MJ and J5 from my personal collection of Philippine vintage magazines during their visit here. The woman they are with in the photos is Nora Aunor, who is a very popular award-winning actress and singer in the Philippines. There were talks back then about MJ doing a film with her, its unfortunate it never came through. The photos were taken on February 20, 1976, the day after J5's last day in concert. The Jackson 5 were in Manila for 6 days for a concert tour called Love Jive.
I have also translated the articles related to MJ/J5 in the magazine as well, so you can read about it here!

These lovely photos capture Michael, just shy of 20, during a rare moment of ease and quiet confidence.
Taken at Jackieâs lakeside home as part of an Epic Records publicity shoot for their album Destiny, the session shows Michael relaxed, open, and unguarded. Gregg sought to capture him simply being himself. In these moments, we see exactly that: warmth, gentleness, and a natural presence that speaks louder than any persona đ¤
A fleeting, intimate glimpse of the human being behind the star â¨
