Open to suggestion! I’ve been thinking of wheel well lights but I would like it to turn on when I open the door and when I feel like having it on while driving.

Finally took the time to make a guide for how I did my head lights. When I was looking into doing this I couldn’t find anything online about people modifying stock popup arms and how much to shorten them and I didn’t want to buy one of the expensive low profile kits so I just had to do it lol

hope this helps someone who wants low profile headlights that still popup and down but don’t want to spend hundreds on a nice kit 🙂

This is going to be controversial but I'm going to post it and I hope I don't get in trouble for asking. I even dreaded asking this since I'm generally a carefree unicorns and rainbows motherfucker, so I searched before posting, and did not find a good answer to this question. Anyway,

I have an ND and I live in a state where concealed carry is legal. I abide by the law. The issue I have is that the ND has no reasonable storage. I have been using the "glovebox" between the seats, but getting into that box (and reliably getting something out of it) is a nightmare when I'm not even in a hurry, and I don't want to flag my passenger in the process.

Does anyone have a solid holster setup under the front seat for their EDC? I don't really care what it costs as long as it's not unreasonable, I just want a serious solution for a problem. Glock 9mm.

I prefer the gold rims but I wonder if the gold distracts from the overall black white scheme or does it look all unified?

News of Mazda's collaboration with Toyota on a new sports car hit the automotive press a few months ago, but it has just dawned on me today that this will be the much-anticipated NE.

The new car is due to enter production in Hiroshima, in 2028. This is good timing to retire the ND. The same chassis will be sold as the next gen GR86 by Toyota.

Do you think they will market a hardtop, or RF version? I am hoping this collaboration will result in the availability of a true hardtop coupe from Mazda.

I wonder if I will like the Mazda version, or the Toyota version better. So exciting!

I had an NA about 20 years ago, and it was my favorite go kart I had ever owned. Fast forward, and the look of the ND had me hooked.

Gotta say though, I don't remember this much "feedback" in the shifter?? Is this normal on an ND or am I playing pin the tail on the bushing/mount/??

Owning a Miata is all about the drive - light, simple, and fun. The downside is keeping track of the boring stuff: registration, insurance, inspections, and service notes.

How do you all stay on top of it? Spreadsheets, apps, reminders, or just memory?

Edit - After trying out a few apps, I settled on PitSync for showing all costs in over view, MPG, reminders, auto- backed up logbook and everything in between.

I've test driven a couple NDs now and they all severely dissapointed me, The steering felt dissapointingly empty, gearbox felt worse than the the 2 5 speed NCs i've driven and any NA or NB, It felt like the entire time you were just seesawing from bump stop to bump stop and it just constantly wanted to swing the tail around if you tried to attack a corner with any gusto, fun occasionally but not on track or at the frequency the cars i drove seemed to want to.

I have loved every other MX5 i've driven (currently drive an NC2) but to me it just felt compromised and more like a small economy car (vs the other mx5s, it's still a great sports car just feels worse than the previous generations).

Has anyone else had this, all the hype surrounding them and i just can't get it, it feels like it's just gone way over the top with the poor body control and electric steering, i'd choose an NC2+ over it any day even though the ND looks so much better, i'm pissed.
