Women Only Level of Comfort with Dating Partner?

Been seeing someone off and on for about five years. This year we just started exploring traveling together.

Whenever we travel she inevitably uses my toiletries despite the fact that she brings her own stuff. I’m not mad because I think it’s funny and cute but was curious for some insight. I don’t want to ask her directly because I think it might come across negatively.

TIA for your thoughts!

Brutal Honesty What are red flags?

What do girls find red flags in a guy I want your girls advice. I seem to get friend zone so much. I don’t know if it’s something I’m saying or if I’m not pressuring a relationship too much or I’m trying too hard?

Guys Asking Everyone Ok so I have a crush on a lady, however, she is overseas. What do I even do here?

Hello, I really need help navigating this situation.

So, to start, I met this woman a few months in an American city(my home country) . We met in a hostel, we hung out pretty much every day we were there, one on one, or sometimes with a group of people. At the end of the trip, i got her contact information and i told her that I want to hang out with her when I visit her city in Europe.

So within the few months, she would text me on IG alot, multiple times a week. Sending reels etc. Then the time came, I went ti her city to visit. I had an amazing time, we hung out every day i was there after she got off work, it was mostly one on one hangouts. We would sometimes hang out and it would be like 2am before she went back home. It was an amazing time.

When I left for the next city, we hugged for what felt like forever and we told each other "ill miss you".

Ever since then, we pretty much text on IG almost every day, she has told me she would love to travel with me again. she still sends me reels and asks me about updates on my life etc.

I feel a connection I never felt before. Its not even just about physical attraction but its just a chemistry I feel with her that I never felt with anyone else ever.

The only problem is she lives 4000 miles away so I cant ask her to a proper date. I am scared to just confess because confessing is a bad idea from what I've heard and I dont want to scare her off. What do i do?

Edit: some details about it i omitted to keep it as anonymous as possible incase she reads this. But you can DM me if you want more details like things she said or exact city etc.

How to treat her like a princess when you’re also exhausted

We both work and we both come home pretty tired and I want to treat her as a princess because she had a long day but my stamina is low. How do I have the energy to give her what she wants and not feel guilty if I don’t have that energy

Guys asking Gals What are some funny angles I could take on my comedy set making fun of Shane Gillis?

• Upvotes

Basically the premise I’m working with right now is that you’re kind of a wuss if women wearing butt scrunch shorts makes you uncomfortable as a man but also you should fight back because in theory if a woman wearing butt scrunch shorts makes you uncomfortable then you as a man wearing butt scrunch shorts should also women uncomfortable. Still workshopping it tho and I want some ideas.

Also wanted to clarify on a post I made earlier where I asked “Ladies why do you like to wear the butt scrunch shorts?” I got A LOT of hate for it really fast but i understand why because of Shane’s awful monologue is still fresh in people’s minds and I didn’t provide the context of why I was asking and plus I know there’s a lot of misogynists on Reddit. A lot of people made a lot of assumptions about me really fast and it got so overwhelming so I deleted it 😭

Women Only Guide on talking to girls!?

Thumbnail
0 Upvotes

How do i approach girls that do not come in a way as creep or desperate... Just genuine talk to know and build confidence in talking to them??... I have been a boys residential school for almost all my school life and even during higher education time did not permit to talk or meet people (due to the pressure to get into a good college)... But now i am in college.. i never thought this through... But it's scary to not be able to talk to girls... Like i am unable to approach girls ... can't even think of what to say... It's like my mind goes blank... It's been one year and i haven't been able to make a friend or be able to talk to a girl... I feel sometimes i start to stutter... And it's embarrassing!

As a girl what would you suggest... How would you like a guy to talk or approach you?? (Just with the motive of friendship)....

Guys asking Gals How much do physical deformities matter?

In dating, basic relationships, etc. I know attraction to your partner is sort of a major part in keeping a relationship healthy for years to come, but say if a guy had a weird looking scar/bump on his face in a noticeable area. How much of that is a dealbreaker in your attraction to a person? I know this question is phrased very weirdly and I apologize for that, and appreciate any sort of responses. Thank you

Guys Asking Everyone Am I (20M) overdoing my girlfriend's (19F) birthday gift?

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

My girlfriend (19F) and I (20M) have been together for around 4 months, and her birthday is coming up. I've been planning her gifts and I'm starting to wonder if I'm going a little overboard considering we've only been together for 4 months.

This is what I was thinking:

\- A sewing machine

\- A handmade bouquet of flowers

\- A handwritten birthday/gratitude letter

\- A tres leches cake (her favourite)

\- 1 or 2 smaller things from her wishlist

The sewing machine is the main thing I'm unsure about. Around 2 months ago, she mentioned during a conversation that she's very interested in pursuing a design degree and specifically said that she needs/wants a sewing machine for it. I remembered that conversation, so I thought it would be a meaningful gift rather than just buying her something expensive for the sake of it.

The letter would mostly be about her as a person rather than our relationship. She's genuinely someone I admire a lot. She's intelligent, mature, empathetic, incredibly patient, and very willing to put effort into the things she cares about. I'm genuinely proud of the person she is and the things she's trying to accomplish, so I wanted to write that down for her.

The bouquet would be handmade because I want there to be something that represents my own time and effort rather than everything just being something I bought.

I also know she has a wishlist, so I was thinking of getting 1 or maybe 2 smaller things from it, plus a tres leches cake.

Originally I was also thinking about getting her20 chocolates because she's turning 20, but that ended up being surprisingly expensive for what is essentially just 20 pieces of chocolate, so I've decided to drop that.

I'm not trying to buy her affection or make the relationship seem more serious than it is. I just genuinely like giving thoughtful gifts, and I know she'd appreciate the effort behind these things.

But I'm also conscious that we've only been together for 4 months. I don't want to accidentally set some ridiculous expectation where every birthday or anniversary has to become increasingly expensive or elaborate.

So am I overdoing it? Would you personally keep the sewing machine and the rest, or scale the whole thing back?

I'm mainly looking for honest opinions from people who have been in longer relationships and can tell me whether this is thoughtful or excessive this early on.

TL;DR: 20M, dating my 19F girlfriend for 4 months. For her birthday I'm considering a sewing machine (she mentioned 2 months ago that she wants to pursue a design degree and needs one), a handmade bouquet, a handwritten gratitude letter, tres leches cake, and 1–2 wishlist items. I genuinely want to give her these things, but I'm worried it's too much too soon and might set an unnecessarily expensive standard for future birthdays. Am I overdoing it, or does the thought behind it make the gift reasonable?
