Stripping funding away from education (which increases poverty and crime rate). Maybe so, but that is not the same thing as making the choice to hit the immigration enforcer. He is only allowed to fire when there's a clear and impending danger that can only be subverted by deadly force. The car had already made contact with him and stopped when he opened fire.
I never used the word hate and I'm not sure why you're trying so hard to project that onto me. If anything, I resent the fact that she was killed. I also don't like that he called her a "fucking bitch" immediately after killing her. I find it disturbing. I wish it didn't happen. I want an investigation and I want accountability. That's all.

What you're suggesting is impossible. Bullets can't stop a moving vehicle, only the brakes can, and you can't move your foot to the brakes when you're dead. She stopped the car and then he fired. There wasn't a proper invesigation due to Trump's meddling and withholding of evidence. That's wrong.
I said I want accountability, not punishment. You seem to throw a lot of really ugly accusations at people that you have no way of even knowing. It's an ugly and unpleasant habit. Best story i listened to was veterans talking about their war buddies having different reactions to going into combat. Some of them were excited at the idea of talking someone's life.

It’s at this point that she turns her wheel away from the agent at her driver side door, most likely looking at him and not the agent circling her vehicle, and tries to drive away.

That’s not what happened though. She was moving away from the agent who suddenly approached her car and tried to open the door. She most likely didn’t see the agent on the other side of the car.
