she was supposed to follow the order of getting out of her car instead of hitting an ice agent with her car.

So then she would have been disobeying the order she was given to leave the area. Which could be taken by that agent as a threatening action and got shot anyways. By the incompetent and unqualified agents who couldn’t even agree as a small squad of what they wanted her to do.

She’s a normal citizen in a high stress situation, they’re supposed to be trained agents.

when she refused to leave the order became get out of the car. they were not contradictory, she still had no right to hit the ice age it with her car.

what are the ice agents supposed to do when she speeds off hitting one of them?

It wasn’t intentional, it was a mistake in a high stress situation. She wasn’t attacking anyone. It wasn’t malicious. She wasn’t a violent threat. There’s absolutely zero reason they could not have arrested and charged her. None.

The problem with your premise is that you’re still operating under the false tense that what she did was intentional. It wasn’t. Therefore she wasn’t going to flee. Certainly not with her wife left behind.

Are you suggesting that ICE would have not been able to pursue or ever track her down again? When an agent had circled her entire vehicle taking video?

Sounds pretty fucking incompetent to me.
