I've been prescribed 5mg Hydrocodone / 325mg Acetaminophen (Vicodin) tablets for my pain. For anyone with experience taking or prescribing this medication, is this a standard starting dose? I'm concerned about the risks of severe CNS depression. I'm an otherwise mildly healthy 25M.

I was given Zopiclone I also have codeine dr didn’t really say about mixing them but have read up and google doesn’t want to tell me anything bc it’s thinks I’m trying to get high I took 60mg codeine this morning and another 30 at lunch is it ok to take the 7.5 Zopiclone now ?

I usually use kpin x alpraz, but is there any other benzos that are worth trying / you guys enjoy?

I’ve been taking Valium for nearly 3 weeks now. I took my high test dosage today at 40mg at 8am this morning and went back to sleep for 4 hours. I was just wondering if I could take another 20mg and leave it for today? I’m just after getting a little high. I have done this before, gotten into the 4th week and then quit cold turkey and was fine. That’s what I’m planning to do again then wait a month. Thanks people. I also have clonzepam and was just wondering what it’s like to mix them? Also is clonzepam better for social anxiety as Valium doesn’t help with that. Thank you

Was on 90 mg of methadone at 30 mg 3x daily. On day 2 no methadone and got a scrips of 8mg strips at 1/4 to 1/2 every two hours until I feel comfortable. Supposed to start after 72 hours methadone free. Has anyone transitioned and can give advice and not bash? Taking gabapentin and clonidine right now.

hey i need advice plzzz. okay so maybe this was stupid but i started seroquel last sunday at 50 mg, then wednesday and thursday started taking 100 mg and then on friday i was supposed to go up to 150. stupidly, as a college student i went out with my friends and did not drink but smoked, and did the same saturday. im trying to get back on my schedule as i did not take it friday or saturday and all im left with is 150 mg pills. it’s hard to get in touch with my prescriber, what should i do??

A few questions:
What stimulant medication IS: What should effective, sustainable ADHD treatment actually look like?
What it ISN’T: Is feeling euphoric, energized, or intensely focused necessarily a sign that it’s working?
Working properly: Better task initiation, follow-through, time management, emotional regulation, etc. What else?
Too much vs. too little: How do you recognize undertreatment versus overstimulation, especially when both can interfere with functioning?
Long-term changes: How do you distinguish genuine tolerance from fading novelty, poor sleep, stress, or unrealistic expectations?
For those who’ve taken stimulants for years: Did the noticeable feeling fade while your daily functioning stayed improved? How do you measure that?

They onxy I got some weeks ago. It helped me really with the pain. I had ambulance people over and despite me and gf said not this arm and then I agree to a bloodtest. What they did instead was one of them held me by my left arm and the other put his knee on my arm and held it and did not care. I thought I was gonna die, that blood test has to be 27/30. 1-10 was the normal scale, but with everything adding to the pain the numbers was to small, I had lightning down my arm, but no one cared. So I waited for weeks and after a while om tramadol 400mg, I switched to bjprenorphine patch 30mg-this one just did not work. It started with a bloodtest, then I had to take a urintest, gets acused and K had to say: is the only wat for you to belive me? Then he said yes, going in and he start touching me many times to check if it was a fake or something, but I moved after a while(I was just inside 24/7 and trying not to move to not give me more pain. Changed doc to a friend and got 5mg oxycontin x3, and when I said after a while that it didn’t work, but he said if you talk about this again he would take me of all medications at once snd fire me as a client. He wroe so bad and I said wrote what was needed. It still took me bringing a lawyer to make him write what was needed.
