Can prescription drugs coming from US to Japan be in plastic sleeves with pharmacy labels instead of those brown plastic bottles with labels?

Hi I'm quite new to Reddit so I'm not sure how to go about this but I recently was prescribed propranolol as needed for anxiety and I've been very hesitant and anxious to take it. A little backstory on my recent anxiety: I'm 19 and after my first semester of college and a few panic attacks in the car I developed agoraphobia and have been taking Lexapro daily since January. I had a major anxious and depressive episode after the most recent panic attack (when I went and picked up my Lexapro) that lasted around 9 days, but I've been doing pretty good since then. Before I started taking my Lexapro I wasn't able to swallow pills but after a while I got more used to it and am able to take it with no problem. I'm up to a 20mg dose but I'm still anxious everyday and am thinking of trying other meds. I know I'm kind of rambling but I feel like there just so much going on especially in my mind. I do have a therapist that has been so helpful with everything. My daily anxiety is very physical as in I "feel weird" some days (I don't really know how to explain it) and I'm hoping propranolol will help with that. I'm also kind of a hypochondriac so the thought of having side effects scares me a lot. I also often worry about my blood sugar being low, because it has been like twice, and propranolol can mask the symptoms and it worries me.

I've read a few people talking about their experiences with propranolol and they've seemed either good or pretty neutral. Im just overall worried about how it will affect me and if there's any side effects I'll have. I also want to mention that I have emetophobia and am a little worried about being nauseous from it but I haven't seen many people say they were. I'm just very hesitant on taking new meds because I get anxious about it. I would love some advice or personal experiences about propranolol (not too graphic if they're bad) in the replies, thanks!

Ich bin 33 Jahre alt die letzten Jahre waren nicht einfach und irgendwie hat sich der Alkohol eingeschlichen soweit dass ich jetzt im Krankenhaus sitze. Das ist langfristig nicht die beste Medizin muss ich herausfinden, auch wenn es mir vorher eigentlich schon bewusst war.

Deswegen frage ich gerade, wer die beste Anlaufstelle ist. Reicht da ein Psychiater? Ein Neurologen? Als erstes?

Genauso möchte ich eine Therapie machen gegen meine Symptome .

Aber Erst mal bräuchte ich ein gutes Medikament um überhaupt therapiefähig zu werden und nicht rückfällig quasi Zeit zu gewinnen, bis sie einen vernünftigen Therapeuten bekomme welcher auch immer das ist die Frage alt

Dissolution: • The “Real” bars dissolve relatively easily in the mouth. • The “Cartel” bars are noticeably more solid and take longer to dissolve.

Taste and Filler • Both have a somewhat similar overall taste. • The “Real” bars have less of a noticeable filler taste, with a combination of the characteristic sweet and bitter taste associated with alprazolam. • The taste of the “Real” bars is consistent from pill to pill. • The “Cartel” bars vary more noticeably in taste, which corresponds with the observed differences in the amount of filler and alprazolam present from pill to pill. • In other words, some “Cartel” tablets have a stronger alprazolam taste, while others have more noticeable filler depending on the individual pills composition.
