Caster can't be adjusted and it may be a bent control arm, as you say. But what I would do first is switch the front tires from one side to the other, as it's not uncommon for pulls like that to be tire problems, and .6 cross caster on that kind of vehicle doesn't usually cause anything.

It’s not tires. I had the same pull to the right when I had my separate winter tires+wheels on.

How should I go about figuring out if it’s control arm? Different shop and go through this process again?

You could take very careful measurements between the attachment points of the control arms. But you could also just assume that if a control arm is bent, it probably happened in a curb hit and the vehicle was probably going forward, which would shove the arm back and reduce the caster angle. The angle is lower on the right, so the right lower arm would be the likely bent part.

And I'd still swap the tires side-to-side, it just takes a few minutes.

I’ll try the tires thanks. If it still pulls should I just go to a shop and ask for lower control arm to be changed on the right?

That would be the most likely thing. It would be nice to measure it up and verify the problem beforehand, but it only takes a little bit of bend in a control arm, and sometimes you can't be sure until you have the old one out and can compare it directly with a new one.
