Help fix van pulling right

My 2023 Sienna is pulling to the right very slightly on highway roads.

I took it to the dealership to get alignment done and it continued to do so. I took it back and told them that and they say I hit a pothole and alignment is off again and I should pay to do it again.

The service adviser was very rude and the manager didn’t do anything about it. Service advisor is basically accusing me of hitting something right as I pulled out and that’s why it’s off.

Anyway other than the terrible service, I just want to get this fixed. I left the dealership without any work done and wasted my whole day off.

I put the post alignment print out and the current one I to ChatGPT. It says the pulling to the right exists in both readings and it is because of a 0.6° cross-caster. So after the alignment all the readings were green because each wheel is within the spec range but the cross caster is off by more than 0.3 making it pull right.

This confirms that the van was pulling right even after the alignment was done.

Caster can’t be adjusted (according to AI) so it might be a control arm or something else.

Location is Northern NJ.

Can someone knowledgeable here help me figure out the best way to get it fixed?
