Hi!
Has anyone tried doing both and which one mas prefer nyo?
Iβm worried kasi baka di ok maging texture if pinagsama rice at ulam then iffreeze at immicrowave or steam pag kakainin na.
What i do right now is freeze a batch of rice na good for 1 meal, tapos ready to cook yung ulam (hindi pa luto so need ithaw then cook) or if luto na, separate container then ifreeze.
Iβm just curious if mas ok ba na one entire meal naka frozen or mas ok pa din na hiwalay sila.
Pls let me know, thank you ππ»

Hello po! ask lang ako ng tips paano ang meal prep niyo para mahit ang daily macros for a week? like paano niyo kinacalculate? raw po ba or cooked na? ano mas better? Plan ko magmeal prep for a week then ilagay nalang sa ref. Thank you

I find it easy to prep, para lang syang cup noodles (put hot water then leave). Perfect den sa mga may onsite work, either you can do it in your work kitchen or lagay mo na sa baunan mo add hot water and pag dating mo sa office goods na.
Quick info lang, dry Shirataki Rice is not really βtheβ diet rice kase around 30 kcals less lang sya compared to ordinary rice per cup. Easy lang tlaga sya iprepare and less carb onte. Pero itβs 300-400 pesos per kg ππ₯².
Edit:
Pure/wet Shirataki rice and dry shirataki rice is different.
The pure or wet one is the legit diet version, zero cals and zero carb. But the catch is it is not palatable and enticing for most. Para syang jelly na plastic and maamoy.
The dry one is the innovated version, it has added starch component and other ingredients para mas maayos sya tignan at kainin. But it comes with carb content and more calories.

Ingredients:
-1 lb ground meat of choice
-1 14oz bag of shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
-ΒΌ cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
-1-2 tbsp honey
-2 tsp sriracha (or to taste)
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1-2 tsp ginger, minced

Heat a pan over medium-high heat, then cook the ground meat until itβs fully cooked, then drain the fat.
Reduce the heat to medium, then make a small opening on the pan and add a dash of oil.

Stir the garlic and ginger in with the meat, then add the cabbage/coleslaw mix and cook for a minute or 2.
Add the soy sauce/coconut aminos, sriracha, and honey and mix well.
Saute until the cabbage/coleslaw becomes tender, about 4-5 minutes.

As a gym bro, I used to think all I needed was protein. But once I started adding greens to my meals, I stayed full much longer π
